Great Starbucks location. They warmed up the grilled cheese sandwich perfectly — crispy outside and hot inside. The tea was made really well and tasted great. I’m very glad I stopped by. Wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant place to take a short break.

This is the Starbucks with the longest wait. I wait at least 25 minutes for my coffee! And it usually ends with me reminding them that they forgot to make my coffee. I thought all Starbucks were like this, but I noticed that this one is the only one with such a long wait, even though there are a lot of people working in the kitchen.

Their service is not good at all. I’ve been going to this one because it’s on my way to work but now I will just wake up earlier to go somewhere else. I did a mobile order and they got my drink wrong so instead of working on my drink first to fix the problem they worked on everyone else. 10 employees and not one could have helped me.

My daughter and I literally pass 2 Starbucks to come to this location. Everyone is always above and beyond nice but we had Alyssa today and she's outstanding! My daughter loves the frappachino and I love the water for some reason :)

Found a human nail someone bit off and probably spit somewhere or intentionally into the drink. No appetite anymore. Should not have to go into greater detail aside from how gross this is!
UPDATED: Took about an hour to get a hold of someone who offered 25 dollars to fix the issue and then also removed the money from the account immediately! So not only did I almost swallow a human nail but got ripped off by Starbucks for what seems to me like a huge concern!

Normally use the drive-thru, I've been coming to this Starbucks since opened because it's close to home. Had an urge to use the bathroom after stopping at Puffy's Smoke Shop across the parking lot . Bathroom is for customers only I was told. Maybe they should instead say. You must buy something before you can use the bathroom. I am a customer. Well I was a customer. So long Starbucks! ✌️ When I work at a place where there is a bathroom in the dining area. I would let anybody use the bathroom. And I only had one instance when I let somebody use the bathroom that left a complete mess and clogged the toilet out of the whole time I worked in fast food. I understand people do graffiti amongst other things. But that all can be fixed. I would much rather clean a messy bathroom and unclog a toilet, then have somebody poop or pee themselves. That's just me. I give everybody the chance to use it whether they buy something or not. Because buying something isn't going to stop them from destroying the bathroom. In my opinion let everybody use it. Or have a bathroom in the back for employees only.. to end this review I am the bathroom user who picks up trash left on the ground even if it's not mine. And if it's something I can't clean then I would let an employee know. It's all about $$$ smh

Worst Starbucks I have been to unfortunately. Wife came in to order a Tall Black coffee, that’s it!! No cream no sugar no frills and yet they rather hook up their friends who came in well after us to make their custom drinks and yet have us still wait like idiots in the lobby like we were nothing but bums. Management needs to reconsider their staffing roster big time and not have people on shift who stand in one spot scrolling through their phone and waste company time.
