I thought it was great there was an on the beach cafe. I wasn't thrilled with the food. The food was mediocre. My burger was dry. My daughter hardly ate her sandwich because it was flavorless. I feel like the only reason they don't improve is because they are all that is out there on the beach. Build a Beach Hut Deli and everyone would be a while lot more happy with their purchases and satisfied.
Surfside seafood offers a wide range of options from local halibut fish & chips to fresh ahi tacos! We are also known for our homemade clam chowder which is freshly prepared every morning! After your meal, take a walk on the beautiful Port Hueneme Pier! No fountain drinks. Can order individual bottles or beverages. Atmosphere is great. Many choices also serve burgers. Had regular fish n chips.
I get fried shrimp with fries. Excellent... shrimp 8 large and cooked perfectly. Half plate of crispy on the outside ,soft on the inside French fries.
