I am a bit frustrated with this Taco Bell because I always use the app to pre-order and customize my items but it seems like they chose to ignore my requests. The staff is very friendly but the customizing of my order just seems like they don't care.Vegetarian options: Black bean in place of meat.Parking: There's always parking available.Kid-friendliness: What fast food isn't kid friendly?Wheelchair accessibility: Right up front

Don't expect to get your money's worth at this location. They put the thickness of a pencil amount of meat or beans in whatever you order. Expect an attitude from the kid at the window who thinks that because he's part of the LGBTQ+ community he doesn't have to be courteous to customers. I asked him for my drinks twice (which I paid for) and he just stood there staring at me and then when I asked him a third time, he just closed the window and motioned for me to take off all saditty-like.

Food was ok. Service was a little slow, when it existed at all. Atmosphere was Taco Bell, complete with dirty tables. The kicker though was $12 for the $5 box you see on tv. This is my last visit to Taco Bell until my pay catches up to their price inflation.

So good!!! Great facility, clean kitchen - kind staff and great fast food! I love their beans and cheese burritos with extra beans & red sauce, crispy taco with extra meat and their Hot sauce!! You have a customer in me!! YUM

Rating based on fast food standards:Food is what you expect at a tacobell but definitely prepared with experience. Service is great. They are always on top of things. They communicate as long as they can see you there. The back is noisey so be sure to look down the kitchen hall from counter so atleast one person sees you once when trying to order.(I usually end up there at 8-9pm) atmosphere isn't bad. Clean bathroom clean dining area and clean looking kitchen (from order counter perspective) staff is usually friendly.Parking: Free parking for customers. Not a place to park overnight nor for storing your vehicle while you go do other activities.Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food restaurant. It's family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Can access all features and functions of the restaurant as needed from a consumer standpoint.

I love Mexican food, and everything in Herr is good and so was the service.
Employees were incredibly rude. Claimed they didn’t have any water: “nah” (he just didn’t feel like leaving the window.) Also, we waited in the drive through for ONE burrito for almost 15 mins. Then, food was cold.

Only person that was helpful to me was Maria. Other employees didn't acknowledge me, not even management, at all. Like I was a wall, but Maria helped me with everything. She made sure I recieved my order, even though they had drive thru orders. I believe she really went above and beyond for a measly customer that placed an order online about 10 mins before I came to pick it up.

I’m not sure who the condescending guy that works at this location (typically at night) is but when I hear his voice in the drive through speaker or order through him at the counter - I know my order is going to be messed up. My last order at 8:45pm on 9/25 was just the last straw for me.I’ve been coming to this location since 2021 and I don’t think this place has ever made my order correct. From missing items when using Uber eats - all the way to outright ignoring allergy concerns when explicitly asking for items like tomatoes left off of food. If you order sauce on the side, you better check to make sure it’s even the right type. Honestly this place is exhausting to deal with and I hate that I have to deal with this place for another 2 years before I get to leave.In closing - Taco Bell is great… but this Taco Bell is not.

Disappointed because this is the Third time they put Meat in the food I requested. I have got Anaphylaxis from certain meats and fish so I’m really careful. Been to the ER by ambulance ? I’ve been vegetarian since Birth. The staff is not very personable. They gave me a coupon. I’m live up the street so I’ve tried intermittently. Taco bell in LA took care of me tho?? glad they have Black beans btw ?Vegetarian options: The whole Oxnard could use to diversify there menus…More veggies ? Thanks ?
