Just finished going troughs the drive thru and there was a youn girl giving me rude comments and pressuring us to order ! I told them to let me speak with their manager and all she did was pass me to another kid that was just a co worker .This place has a bunch of young kids with no custormer service training , now it make sense why all the food comes out sloppy ! I had to drive off after that experience never again ! Who ever they got working at 8:30pm on a Thursday should be fired !

Taco Bell is the last affordable major fast food place. Everyone else is pricing themselves at fast-casual prices while Taco Bell has kept things the same.They also have a senior discount that comes with $0.25 sodas. That's pretty neat.

Upon ordering the service was absolutely rude.When I git my food it was flat instead of like a steak grilled cheese burrito, the tortilla was heavily burnt and the meat tasted warm as if it had been sitting there for a long time.

This taco bell sucks. They always mess my order up and I am over it.
I live TB but the service has always been inconsistent. The kiosk let's you customize the order but don't expect it to be what you paid for. The "extra" sour cream, cheese, meat never results in extra anything. It's just a way to raise the price. The food preparation doesn't match the order. Ever.

Tonight I ordered some nacho fries and found a baby cockroach at the bottom of the fry container. I have felt nauseous for a few hours now and will never eat there again. Horrible experience to say the least. I will be contacting management for a refund on the food I bought.
