This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s in California. This is the worst Wendys I’ve ever been too. Everytime I come here the fries are cold. This is not just one time. This is everytime I come here. Today I went thru the drive and I askedI for fresh fries. Because everytime I eat here, the fries taste like they been there for the whole day. They put the fries that were already cooked back in the grease. That’s there answer for fresh fries. Their food is always cold. It’s very frustrating to pay your hard earned money for cold food. This is everytime I come here.

Ordered on line and went to pick up inside restaurant. Wasn't ready when I got there and had a long wait of 15 minutes. Employees are slow and just do what they have to. No sense of urgency like at In N Out Burger. The Dave's double I got had 4 meat patties, like from the small burgers they have. Dry and not very good. They must have run out of the larger beef patties and substituted 4 of the small ones. Not good. Wendy's used to be a lot better years ago and had big juicy patties, now it's small and dry. They need better management and this particular store is not run very well. I won't be back for a long time.

Went through the drive through for breakfast this morning for the first time with my son and sister. The girl on the speaker was kind and professional. Our meal was ready once we got to the window. Our muffin and biscuit sandwiches were delicious and fresh. Great customer service.

That feeling when you want to get out of the rain and maybe have something to eat, but was asked by an employee on their break/lunch to keep my electric scooter outside in the rain. With the possibly of getting it stolen and getting poured on by the rain.......uhhhhh hell no I'm not risking that and not going to Wendy's anymore. Like McDonalds, Burger King, Carl's Jr., Starbucks, and Taco Bell drenched and poured on by the rain and they still will let me in with my electric scooter. C'mon man.....you guys screwing up.
Went through drive-thru for a go order. Personally I think the big Carl is about the best burger you can get

Completely disgusting! Ants near the condiments, dirty tables, dirty restrooms, dirty soda machine, no ice, no Coke, cold fries, and lazy inept employees. This place should be closed down. We probably caught a disease and or have bacteria.

Surprised by how quick this spot is, it's usually not very busy but they seem to be able to pop out your food (even custom orders) by the time you pull up to pay - very impressive. I've also never had them incorrectly make my order.
Unfortunately, it's still a Wendy's, so the food quality is still meh.

So I had a very specific craving for a spicy chicken sandwich and Wendy’s fries but didn’t want to drive to Ventura so I came here instead with the kids. I get to the window finally and ask the girl very calmly 3 times. THRICE. To please just give me a min as I try to fix my phone so I can use my rewards for a free and she just keeps trying to hand me different items. Then I check fries which looked soggy so I asked if I could get new ones and she said they’re all like that. Fine whatever I go home and eat my soggy fries that honestly taste old and half cooked somehow. Then I open my delicious spicy chicken… the star of the whole show:…and take a bite. Now I’m just sad. I couldn’t even eat it it was so dry and tasted way off. So now I’m sitting here sad asf and my kids are unhappy. $30 down the drain. Seriously the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.
