Food is made with lots of love! Chef Yuno is passionate about making the best food in a very creative way. This is a must for breakfast! I can’t wait to come try lunch or dinner. Tucked away in the corner of a small center on Ventura Rd. and Hueneme Rd. is a secret little gem of a restaurant. The affable proprietor and chef, Yuno Balthazar, insists on offering generous portions of top quality ingredients at great prices. On our first visit for breakfast, my wife tried the chicken and homemade waffles while I had the French toast, with strawberries in a sweet cream sauce. Both our meals were delicious.

Even back here twice in two days. Biscuit and hot honey chicken is awesome, the chicken katsu sandwich is top notch. Better than many Japanese owned places I have been. The Ube pancakes are also amazing!
