Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to love Chipotle for their reasonable sized portions. I ordered 3 bowls and one of them was significantly low on portion for meat and I hate asking. I asked the server and he said it will be double charge. Lol, nvm.

The food containers were almost empty..they seemed to be very busy dining room was not clean..food was fair but not yummy as usual. I will not visit this one again.

The food is very good, but there are some workers there who seem to have them there by force, there is an older man who serves with a bad attitude VERY BAD SERVICE

This Porter Ranch location gets alot of customers but the service sucks .I was there today by myself and finally was able to place my order of a Burrito bowl and doubled the meat because the portions was so small and 1 coke bottle cost me $17.50 thats ridiculous the Reseda location is way better and generous. The 3 male workers couldn't even handle one customer to busy laughing and walking around when there is a line and some of us need to get back to work.
This was my second time here at this location and the last time .I was shocked that the service was the same No care for the customers. 1 female there checking on food temperature while 1 male is on the grill taking his time and 3 clowns 🤡 in the front joking and laughing while we're all still waiting to be helped to place a order .Where is the Management here whose in charge of this location tables dirty ,food on the floor inside by the trash. Look you're losing customers look at the cameras we were all waiting to be helped there is No reason why this many workers can't handle customers. Get rid of these workers they suck .

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but someone would have to open the door .

I ordered from this location and had a really rude experience and the portions were so laughable. Do not come here. I asked for more chicken and vegetables in a respectful way and flat out got told no, with no explanation. The girl that served me looked like she hated her job. They put so little and the quality of the food was not great either and was cold. I talked to two customer service reps to ask for my money back and they both kept giving me the same "we're sorry, we'll do better next time" response, and denied my request. I felt like I was talking to robots because their responses were so similar. It's also such a hassle to even talk to someone. When a business fails on their end they should take responsibility and make it right, which they did not do.

Everything was good except parking. The lot was full and had to drive around looking for someone to pull out for nearly 10 minutes.

The food was good. But the restaurant was obviously understaffed as the dining room was a mess. Trash close to overflowing. Tables were dirty, I cleaned my table before sitting down to eat.

The funny part is that corporate tells stores to give 4 oz of protein but you guys still can’t even do that? Disappointing. Go somewhere else and save the money. My bowl was lighter than the bag it came in… and then we go to a website to complain but it seems like things never get fixed with this location…
