When I saw the 2 stars, that should’ve been enough to not go there but decided to give it a try and use my gift card I had received. The whole place is dirty, the floors, the tables, the counters. The glass door and all glass in the front was very dirty. The service was bad, the girl that took our order has no people skills at all, she had a bad attitude. The food: most of the containers were half empty and the food looked dry like it had been sitting there for a while. After having a hard time deciding what to order, we ended up ordering 3 tacosone carnitas, one asada and barbacoa and a carne asada bowl, food was cold and carne asada had big chunks of fat, threw everything away, felt sick, disgusted the rest of the day.

Service, wait, cleanliness, and portions vary by location. The length of the line has less influence than the focus of the service providers. Management styles vary. The consistent factor, flavor. So if you're going there for the variables, location dependent. I recommend half and half on rice, beans, and protein. Oh and the salsa. Especially if you turn yours into two meals. Enjoy!!! Everyone is trying.
If I could give them a half star I would. I chose this branch because the one close to us is bad as well. After checking the reviews I am not surprised. All their branches only has 2 stars the most.Anyway, as previously stated I chose this branch because I thought they were better. But NOOOOO.The guy serving us either looks drunk or drugged. Cant hear what I am saying, I had to repeat it over and over, does not acknowledge if he understood my order, no customer service skills, works sloppy. All of them working there made me feel like they all did not want to be there.The restaurant looks nasty. Gloves allOver the floor, counter top with rice, beans, veggies all over. Is Chipotle gonna close anytime soon?

Worst chipotle location I have ever been to. All the workers were new and mean to eachother. The manager was hiding in the back watching the operation struggle. When he came out he was nothing but rude to guests and staff. Won't be back.

Dirty dirty dirty! They call this a food establishment? Giving them 1 star because there is no 0 star option. This has got to be the worst chipotle I've been to and I've been to many including locations out of state. Among many things, I'm disturbed at how black their chicken is. It's not blackened chicken, they just don't clean the grill. Try the location on Devonshire and balboa.

They are always out of veggies or white rice. Like daily. Seems like they are very under staffed as when u order online to pick up in store they don't start that order until you arrive. Also usually only 1 person helping the line even when. They have a lot of people waiting. Parking
