We had amazing service by Elsy. Thank you so much Elsy! Our first time here and food was great. Manager came to check up on us very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and fam. Try the Peggy's Chicken Sandwich, chef's kiss 😙🤌

Nick was our server. He was so fun and had such a big personality. He was super great and quick with food recommendations and service. It was our first time and definitely won’t be our last!

Hate how tight this place is when you wait which is every time I've been here but the food is so good and the cocktails are lit.

Well I guess the public's expectations are pretty low because it was crowded. We're told it's a 20' wait....it was 45' & the waitress took another 20' to get our order. Why? Cuz she liked to yap with customers. The food was really average if not below. Not going back

Food is ok and predictable. Service is ok, nothing stellar. A typical, average, mass market brew pub type place.

After waiting for an hour with my grand kids and following a waiting list, our table was abruptly given to newly arrived guests. Very unprofessional and just outright poor service. They need training in client services.

Finney's happy hour rocks, in spite of it going 3-5 Monday-Friday.
I got the burger and craft beer for $16. They have drink specials for beer, wine and some of their cocktails. Their Old Fashioned made with Old Forester bourbon was solid and was $8. Their pepperoni flatbread looked very good and I think that was $9. One of my buddies ordered the nachos instead.
We sat on the patio but they had heat lamps hanging from the ceiling so it was very warm.
California is way expensive but the happy hour is first rate. I meet my friends there every Christmas when I am in town.
The service was GREAT so we tipped her 20%. It was well deserved. The electronic device for payment made it easy to split the tab.

Service was extremely slow! They need to hire more staff. Everyone was either waiting to put their name in or waiting for the server to come to their table.

This was my third time having lunch at Finney’s Crafthouse. The food has been good and consistent, and the location is convenient, especially if you are already shopping nearby. That said, I cannot help but feel the place was stronger when it first opened.
Each visit has felt a bit different, largely because the staff seems to change constantly. Everyone has been young, polite, and well intentioned, but also very transient, which gives the impression of limited continuity or oversight.
What really stood out happened recently when I accidentally left my glasses on the table. I tried calling the restaurant several times on Saturday, 12/13, during normal business hours. No one answered. The phone rang endlessly before routing to a voicemail that was full and instructed callers to try again during business hours, even though it was, in fact, business hours. I tried another option on the phone system, including ordering, with the same result. It was genuinely surprising.
That experience reinforced a feeling I have had for a while. It seems like a business that may be prioritizing expansion over quality and operational details. When something as basic as a full voicemail or unanswered phones goes unresolved, it suggests management may be stretched too thin or disconnected from day to day realities.
Finney’s is still a decent spot for food, but the polish and attentiveness that once made it stand out feel diminished.
Regarding reply below, it wasn't as much that nobody answered, (yea that was odd) it was the fact that the voicemail was full... that is a sign.

The deviled eggs were delicious. Atmosphere is super noisy. Hard to talk to others in the group but service is fantastic. Wish they had a better variety of food with no spicy sauce.
