We enjoyed our time at Gus's bbq. We had a great booth for 5. Hosts were very welcoming and service people even through a shift change, were seamless. Food was super with great flavors. Bbq perfect. Wonderful complimentary sauces. They had very fun social drinks too!

This was my first time dining at Gus's BBQ. We came to celebrate Mother's Day, and overall, the experience was just okay. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, but unfortunately, the service and food didn't quite meet expectations. Our server seemed overwhelmed and didn't check in with us much, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal for a special occasion. The food itself was quite greasy, and for the price, the quality just didn't match up. Personally, I prefer Wood Ranch BBQ, it offers better quality, flavor and value. While the setting was pleasant, I likely wouldn't return. It didn't feel special enough to justify the cost.

Our server, Andrea, was incredibly pleasant and super professional. She made some great recommendations and everyone enjoyed everything. The Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs were spectacular!!! Already planning our next visit.
My favorite Gus's dinner - brick chicken - is always so great that it's hard to order anything else (but I do have other loves on the menu). Tonight, my go-to brick chicken was as great as always. Also, it's a huge dinner, about half of which will be my lunch tomorrow.

As before, the food is very good as well as the service and that is why we keep coming back. It would be nice if some of the other patrons would consider keeping their kids from yelling to the top of their lungs, but all in all, good experience as always.

I have to say things have improved 200%! The service was awesome even with a super busy full crowded night. The food was different too I noticed as well, so good! Keep it up team whatever you did and changed is definitely working for the best! High five!
