Their lines suck. This time there was a new employee training at the drive window. Possibly due to the rain, but I got a wrong order twice, was asked to pay twice, had the receipt so it was resolved. However, still managed to mess up my order when I checked at home. Usually the service is on point, but today it was a nightmare.

Khloe gave great customer service, reliable location with great food. Our order was taken quickly and efficiently. The tables were clean, and the location was less crowded than other In n Out locations, was very enjoyable.
Matthew was so warm and inviting. He is such wonderful person to see and In N Out every time we drive up from Palm Springs. Awesome job hiring him In N Out. 😁
