I’m not a normal fan of in n out, I was craving it today and decided to go into the restaurant to eat. We ordered our food, paid for it. Then the cashier said the payment didn’t go through. I checked my account to make sure I wasn’t gonna get charged twice. Showed him twice that the payment sure did go through and he then told me “if there’s no receipt, it didn’t go through.” Which then left me confused because it shows on my end that it did go through. So he refused to give me my order. We walked out very unhappy and will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope they never do this is to anyone else.

First time ever trying it! The food was delicious! The burger was tasty and not greasy, the fries were seasoned and fried to my liking (reminded me of steak n shake fries, but better). The location was super busy and I could see why. The people there were so fin and friendly, both patrons and staff.. but the wait was somewhat ridiculous for the food. I didn't mind since it was my 1st time, but could see being irritated if I were to try and get it regularly. The "animal style" fries were good! I like that they can also allow you to get lettuce leafs for buns. Def must try.. totally worth the hype.
