Very fast service (<10 minutes to receive food) at this chain restaurant. Their portions are very good and priced well. I like their pad thai and their soups are well seasoned. Their panang curry is delicious, but the chicken was overcooked and the rice was not moist enough for my liking. Servers are very nice and attentive. Their drink options are expansive and good.

Clean restaurant throughout. Ambiance and seating is comfortable enough. I ordered chicken pad thai. My food was very bland and lacking essential ingredients—disappointing.

I’ve given this place a try twice now. The first time, I had the pad thai with chicken; the second time, I ordered fish with vegetables dish and the wonton soup. Unfortunately, both visits left me disappointed. The chicken was dry, the vegetables were bland, and overall, the food just didn’t meet my expectations.

I genuinely love Thai food, and Thai Fusion Bistro, West Hills is my go-to—everything I’ve had there has been flavorful and consistently excellent.

Will I give this place another shot? Maybe. But as of now, it’s definitely not at the top of my

The lunch special Yellow Curry was pretty good but a little too sweet and didn’t have enough shrimp, I didn’t count the shrimps but there was not enough in my opinion

The food is good but very poor service the server doesn’t listen to dietary restrictions. Plus if you cross check your order to ensure the food and dietary restrictions are taken into account they get offensive. We have had experience in the past of them not following the order details so we usually cross check. There are better places to eat Thai cuisines. I would probably not go back again. Unless they work on their customer service and hospitality.

This used to be my favorite thai place in LA county. Lately the people here have dropped the ball. I ordered 1.5 hours early, show up, and the people forgot to make my order, only to have to wait another 20 mins for it to be made. Unacceptable, I will not be back. You lost a cystomer that's been eating here for over 5 years. Very bad for business.

The service? Great. Nice & friendly. The food? đŸ‘ŽđŸ». Bad. Gross. I ordered chicken lamb it looked preventable but had a nasty stench. Definitely did not smell like chicken nor chicken lamb. I couldn't figure out the smell. Whatever it was... next my husband ordered yellow curry chicken. I bit into a potato, it was cold! It wasn't even busy. We were the third party in the restaurant. Disappointing.

We went here on Memorial day for my 40th birthday and got there at 11am right when they opened. We had a party of 11 and had called ahead. They seated us no problem.

We ordered chicken satay and it was lovely. You get the skewers of chicken cooked but also a small grill to get grill marks on them by cooking them a bit more. Delish.

We also got egg rolls, a seafood soup (the type that has a fire underneath it to keep it warn and look awesome at the same time.)

Also had the thai iced tea which came in a huge 1Liter or so glass mug. That was delicious.

I had the phad thai which was tasty and in a good portion, but I should have been more adventurous so I think I'll get the bbq chicken next time.

My buddy got the phad see un which he liked so much he finished his plate despite being on a diet. Lol.

Mom got the steamed fish which was the hands down winner.

I highly recommend trying Jasmine Thai out. I bet you'll be hooked by the quality, quantity and prices here.

Vegetarian options: Egg rolls. Probably a soup. Noodle dishes amd curries can be made without meat.
