Jersey Mike's Subs

First of all for a nice area this place was gross they didn't clean the counters where they make the sandwiches, on top of that it was the sloppiest sandwich I've ever seen, the guy wasn't even paying attention seemed like he didn't care, spoke with an attitude, worst Jersey mikes I've ever been too, will never return here again, this happened around 8:40 pm, check your staff I didn't even buy the food because I was grossed out . A nice area and they can't even break a 100$ bill. Do not eat HERE!!

We order from Porter Ranch location since it’s opening many multiple times pick up delivery (delivery service is worse) and stop in both for groups and individually. Food, it’s Jersey Mikes so pro is real meat vs. Subway frankenmeats. Con high sodium high calories not necessarily healthy eating. The flavors are overall good when made correctly with fresh ingredients. The service is to be desired. Atmosphere also to be desired. It’s usually crowded and it’s not ideal to eat a meal at location. It feels like a territorial atmosphere from customers if you think you want to eat at location so we just don’t. Recently the prices increased quite a bit. $30 + for 2 regular sandwiches & 2 bags of 1oz. chips. No drinks. And apparently a charge each bag your food is put in. Likely won't be ordering for groups anymore as there are other better options for quantity, quality, & price for group ordering.
The last 5 (not an exaggeration of #’s) orders we’ve placed have all been missing something on the sandwiches or just not fresh items. And this with no adjustments from menu offers, So unfortunately we are not thrilled especially for the new prices and speaks to the service. Also another unfortunate was the very soggy lettuce & tomato on a couple orders. Along with 2 other instances of stale bread & strangely stale bags of chips. Fresh should be a priority in food service.

They just can’t seem to get it right this is not the first time this is happened. It happens repeatedly. Buffalo sauce needs to be wrapped or purchased better containers or packets.

The sandwich was drenched in Buffalo sauce for the person who doesn’t like buffalo sauce at all! I’m not sure if it’s management or lack of training, but somebody needs to be held accountable.

Hopefully they read this review and it raises a question.

My only complaint is the 10 cents charge for a bag, which is so cheesy, stop this management, it's not nice.

What a wonderful Jersey Mike's! It has excellent Customer Service thanks to the manager, Leilani, AND, the location is great! There are many places nearby that you can sit and eat your yummy sandwich! This is now my FAVORITE Jersey Mike's!

You can tell these employees are 110% fake nice with their empty greetings when you walk in and also rude! Ladies, just because you work in Porter Ranch it doesnt mean you need to act all wannabe snooty and high class as if youre working in a beverly hills or calabasas location! Porter Ranch is an overrated lousy gated cookie cutter community which is basically a glorified Chatsworth or Northridge! So, dont act like youre super cool workin there especially if you probably live and commute from Van Nuys, Reseda or etc.!The service is lousy especially when theyre overstaffed and theres only 1 or 2 customers in there. They act like theyre so busy as if theres a line out the door while they try to rush you making your sandwich with their stank faces! I have news for you!.. If you dont like your job, you shouldnt have dropped out of highschool/college or whatever the case may be. This is supposed to be nothing but customer service with a smile and recommendations in which you failed!! And, the shift leader acts like an airhead where you can pretty much tell she wore knee pads to get to that position! The only one that was in good spirit was the african american gentleman! When I go to other Jersey Mikes I see a huge difference where I usually tip generou$ly but not this Porter Ranch location! Stay away from this location! Message to the employees there.. Again, if you dont like your job you shouldnt have dropped out of school and expect an easy paying job to be handed to you! Be grateful and show gratitude that they even hired you and do a better class act pretending you actually love your job so that you dont send negative vibes to customers feeling like we never want to ever come back to this location ever again! This left a bad taste in my mouth where I didnt even enjoy my overpaid small sandwich and basically threw it in the trash after a few bites!I wouldnt even have compassion if this location closed down soon! The owner needs to be there everyday and micromanage all these employees and perhaps fire the shift leader or manager lady and any stank face employee

The workers are always so friendly that it makes my day better when I get it Mike's way. The food is great, but it's the friendly environment I come back for. Keep up the great work.
