Great outdoor seating. Food was wonderful! I had the beef shawarma sandwich and the beef was tender and juicy. Flavors were also spot on. Service was excellent. Would absolutely recommend to my friends and family. I look forward to going again with my husband and kids.

Consistently delicious food. The service can be either great or lacking depending on how busy they are, but they always do their best. Even when they’re busy, it’s a great experience if you have patience. The live music on the weekends makes for a great atmosphere also.

Amazing food and service! Great family atmosphere, worth the 30 minute drive!, I am always driving from Glendale to Northridge to enjoy this amazing Mediterranean restaurant. Had a wonderful time with family after church for Easter.

Mediterranean Bistro has been in Porter Ranch for 14 Years! It’s a cute little hole in the wall spot and I was excited to try for the first time.I was a little confused by their menu regarding their lunch and dinner options. They have one large menu that includes all but they don’t let you order anything from the lunch menu for dinner, even if you offer to pay more. For example, I wanted three falafel wrap for dinner but apparently you can only get it for lunch. All of their sandwiches you can also only get at lunch time as they do their plates for dinner.Since I couldn’t get my falafel wrap, I went with the chicken shawarma plate. It felt a little small for the portion but it was okay. It comes on top of a piece of pita which was a tad dry in my option. My favorite thing was actually the garlic fries ($8) that I ordered on the side. Will I be back? Maybe. But it will definitely be for lunch and not dinner.

I used to like this restaurant, until one day we I was completely ignored by staff so they can sit someone that came in after me. It seemed like they knew each other. It was really really rude.

I went here because I saw a picture of the cheese pie appetizer on yelp. That was absolutely delicious! I figured while I was there, I would grab a chicken Panini as well because it sounded really good -- I love crispy Panini bread. The Panini came on submarine sandwich bread so I was a little disappointed with that. At first glance, it just didn't look good but when I bid into it, it tasted delicious. I took my food to go, so I don't know if that had something to do with the bread getting a little cold by the time I ate it, but I still would've preferred a real Panini. I recommend they add cheese to the sandwich it came with four pieces of grilled kebab a couple slices of tomato a few pieces of lettuce and sliced pickle. The sandwich came with french fries, which were really soggy when I got home I think that this food would taste the best if I eat it in the restaurant so I will definitely do that next time. I wouldn't order the Panini again because it's not a real Panini, but I would definitely try their kebabs and rice meals, the owners seem really nice and friendly. The ambience is nice.

Small, black, curly hair on the edge of the bright white plate just doesn't allow one to properly enjoy one's meal. It was just our party of two and one other individual on a separate table, yet we had a hard time catching the attention of the owner who was distracted by his phone on speaker. The food was tasty. We had the veggie platter and a separate order of hummus with chicken to share. All the options were delicious. Unfortunately, it's difficult to overlook the service issues.

I personally classify the Food as Mediterranean with middle eastern Armenian taste. This place is one of the best among its Mediterranean list of restaurants. Service is great. The crew is friendly and gamble. Great ambiance for Families and couples. Summer outdoor sittings is my choice when I revisit this place.

First time trying and I ordered the shish kebob plate. It was delicious. The meat was so tenderly cooked and the rice was very tasty. It's not your plain basmati. It had flavor that went very well with the meat. My friend has a falafel sandwich and she said it was really good. The staff were great. Easy off/on the 118fwy and it was clean. We will be back for sure.
