I recently stoped in at Mendocino Farms in Porter Ranch and had the pleasure of being assisted by Art. His kindness and attentiveness truly enhanced my experience. Art went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my meal was perfect, providing thoughtful recommendations and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. His warm demeanor and exceptional service are a testament to the high standards upheld by Mendocino Farms. Besides being a bit slow I love this mendo! Great food as always, beautiful building, and easy parking.

I’m sitting here waiting for my food so I can’t say if it’s good or not but I went to use the single use restroom to wash my hands and went in after an employee walked out. All kinds of trash (toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towels, etc) all over the floor. It looked nasty. I guess the employee had zero interest in cleaning it up. I’m not super hopeful that I’ll be impressed enough by the food to come back here

After reading all the reviews, my experience is clearly not unique. This location is consistently very slow. I’ve been here three times this week to pick up my online order, and each time, I waited between 20 and 40 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. I hope I don’t receive the usual ‘we’re sorry’ response from the manager, as it’s clear no action has been taken to address this issue.

Moving forward, I’d rather place my order at the location near my office. As a customer, I feel my time isn’t being valued here.

so be careful when you place an order online they automatically add a tip without you noticing and the food was so not to my standard and they put a whole basil leaf into my sandwich which is so overpowering and taste gross.

Oct 25, 2024 - ordered online ahead of time so i dont have to wait but too bad they did not make my order. I had to wait for a long time and the store is not even busy. So disappointed!!!! The manager did not even apologize and just called my name and handed my order, didnt even say thank you. Very poor service!!!!!!!!!

Friendly service and the staff genuinely wanted to make sure you are taken care of. Clean eating area with seating and foosball to boot on outside patio. Food was good, but have to admit what I ordered this time around wasn’t as good from a different item I ordered the first time. BUT…My hubby ordered the “limited time only” Black Tie Turkey Club sandwich and he LOVED it! Also, had a sip of his pomegranate lemonade, which was refreshing and delish. Will have to order a drink myself next visit and skip the usual water.

Unfortunately a good restaurant that current management does. Or know how to run properly. You will need to wait an additional 30 minutes for your orders as they do not have a process in place for the demand. Current management does not have a sense of urgency and does not know how to run a busy restaurant. I would avoid this place at any time after 4 pm.

Not sure where to start. I guess my fault for not knowing, but I wanted to go to Mendocino Farms for my birthday. I expected a sitdown type restraunt, maybe like Islands....but what I got was a subpar over priced fast food. The table QR didn't work, management or owner was sitting next to us on 2 laptops, some anoying banging was going on in the kitchen to the point manager guy got up and said something. My Farm Club was good, but my dad's Cesar Salad didn't have avocado, was so full of thie supercrap krunchies, he just couldn't enjoy it. They didnt have cups, only 8oz clear cups from grocery store. No soda or low sugar drinks for dibetics, just water and black tea. I was so let down, can't believe a salad and sandwich was $32, with free drinks. Then when we were leaving, looking for the trash, the manager guy said to leave our trays, he would take care of them. Oh, so he WAS the manager/owner. Maybe he should have offered something when he heard us discussing how underwhelmed we were while trying to get through the worst birthday dinner ever.
Unfortunately, I won't be back.
