Similar to all hibachi type of restaurants. The food was okay. Decent rice, decent portions. Good customer service refills were on point. Little messy on the serving with the chef though. Plenty of food to go

Did the teppan table for my son's birthday and overall, it was a good experience. Our chef was decent but could have been a little more engaging. He did a good job and cooked the food well and everyone was happy with the flavors and their meals.

The food was delicious! The service was great also. It's not dim like similar restaurants, so this feels a bit more casual.

I've been a customer of Musashi for more than a couple of decades and have been a huge fan of the restaurant's food, atmosphere, and service. But, on my most recent visit there (Saturday night, 2/10/24), to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a party of six, there was a continuous blast of very cold air blowing across and around our Teppan table and into our faces from a nearby air conditioning vent. The air was so cold that by the time the chef finished preparing our food, most of it had become cold and almost unpalatable. A couple of us even began to shiver! It was almost like eating outside on a chilly night.I asked restaurant personnel if they could do something about the problem. They said that they'd see what they could do, but there was little change after that. I would have asked to move to a different table, but the restaurant was packed and there were no others available. Most of my party ended up having their food wrapped up to take home. It was, to say the least, a very unpleasant experience. The next day, I had my Hibachi Shrimp and Chicken combo for lunch in the warmth and comfort of my home. Thank God for microwaves!!

First time at a Teppanyaki not Hibachi as people call it, the place was great as soon as you walk in the place makes you feel like you're in Japan. The service was excellent they give you plenty of free refills & they're always around picking up incase you need anything. The food was excellent I got the chicken and beef it was perfect and steak is made as you like. Just remember you get a salad & soup with a grill order so if you order appetizers you won't be able to finish the main dish because they serve you a lot, I found out after I ordered Karaage for an appetizer then the grilling began but no complaints here I know for next time expect a big meal.

We came for teppan with our family for my husband's birthday on a Saturday night- we were a party of 8 including 2 small children. Service was just okay... our waitress was nice and tried her best, but she seemed overwhelmed. Our teppan chef cooked our food well, but there was hardly any engagement or interaction from him. When he lit the onion volcano, he didn't warn us or give us any build up and my kids completely missed it because they were so disengaged (they've been to teppan twice before and LOVED it!). We just left feeling very underwhelmed. Especially because we noticed other tables who had chefs who were much more entertaining. Plus, they no longer offer a kids menu for teppan!

Birthday celebration dinner for my brother. I haven't been to Musashi's in many years. Even pre-pandemic. I used to frequent this location a lot for sushi but tonight was for hibachi. The menu seemed to not have changed but the prices definitely have. The hibachi entrées started at $34. I order the chicken & shrimp dinner. Which included soup, salad & a 3 pc. Shrimp appetizer. I did pay an extra $3 for fried rice. I didn't order any drinks or appetizers. Our chef, Jesus was excellent and very entertaining. My nephew was so excited about the entire cooking on display. Our server, Hana was also outstanding. We were a party of 11 and she was on top of everything we requested. She had a great smile and was so attentive to us. My meal was delicious and I ended up taking home leftovers. Great venue for a birthday dinner. Would recommend for a large family celebrations. Seating was tight at our table and the wooden chairs were not comfortable for me. Being plus size. I was not comfortable at all. I amsure anyone with a disability would be have some challenges. Will return soon for another celebration

I had dinner at Musashi our teppanyaki dinner was great. We were greeted by Johnny our server. He was great! After receiving miso soup and salad ? our chef greeted us with a dinner show his name was Martin. Of course he had the infamous onion volcano. My family came here to celebrate my nephew birthday. My sister made reservations ahead of time for a party of 9. Finding parking was easy because there are ton of parking spots to pick from. We had to wait around 10 minutes for our table to be ready. Once we got seated, we had to wait like another 20ish minute for the chef to come out to cook our meal. For our appetizer we started off with the cucumber salad, garlic edamame, egg rolls, shrimp tempura and creamy spicy shrimp. The appetizers were delicious and they give a decent amount of portion. For the main entrée, I got the Filet Mignon with shrimp and my wife got the hibachi salmon. The Filet Mignon was very tender and juicy, I asked for medium rare and the chef cooked it to perfection. My wife enjoyed her Salmon and they give you a big portion of the fish. We were already full when the chef chose to cook the veggies last. The chef presentation while cooking was nice and he put on a good show for my nephew. The customer service we received was good, they paid attention to our tablet and we were satisfied with our experience here.My score:Food: 4.5 star, everyone loved their dish here and the appetizer. The main thing here is that you'll have to wait so order some appetizer to help while waiting for the chef.Service: 5 star, the staff was very nice and paid attention to our tablet if we were low on anything.Atmosphere: 4.5 star, the restrauant is nice and for a Friday night they weren't that busy. I believe they are short staff here.Parking: 5 star, you won't have any issue finding parking here.Vegetarian options: They have salad here and miso soup.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly, we had 2 kids in our party and they enjoyed the chef show.Parking: There are many parking spots in the plaza this restrauant is in.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible.

I'm so happy we picked Musashi for family dinner! My daughter has never been to teppan and we all had so much fun! We had the best chef who made a Mickey out of rice, a volcano that was super impressive and multiple trains made out of onions. The food was delicious and flavorful. When we arrived we were seated right away and got our order taken immediately! We got the soup and salad very fast and they were delicious. The salad dressing is my favorite and the miso soup was hot and had lots of flavor. The show they do in front of you is so much fun and we will definitely be back. There is plenty of parking and there are a lot of tables inside!

If I could give it zero stars I would. What a crappy dinner. First off, everything is ridiculously overpriced for the lowest quality of food. My dad and I ordered 2 chicken/steak bento boxes with a side order of a rainbow roll and shrimp tempura. This meal is already at $80. The miso soup was basic but hot. The shrimp tempura was pathetic for $10...3 small pieces of shrimp, one broccoli, one slice of sweet potato and a slice of potato. Total disappointment. The sushi came out and looked weird. The fish looked dull and when I ate it...I instantly regretted that. The fish and crab meat was warm and did not taste fresh...that was $17!Finally the bento boxes came and I was baffled at how terrible the presentation was. The meat looked so cheap and gross. The chicken was chewy and undercooked while the steak was overcooked. The food wasn't even warm and super bland. They poured store bought teriyaki sauce all over and that didn't even help. Only reason why they get 1 star is because our waitress was sweet and attentive! Overall, the food was horrible. Undercooked, bland with no spices and overpriced. It looked like cafeteria food from the hospital!!! I wouldn't trust these other reviews unless people like spending alot of money on crappy food!
