This Peet’s is a regular stop for me during busy days. Since I'm a Realtor at Pinnacle Estate Properties, here in the center is ideal. The baristas are consistently friendly and welcoming, the coffee is always excellent, and the space is clean and comfortable—perfect for a quick break or a longer sit. It’s such a great part of the neighborhood and always reliable. One thing I really appreciate is that they make a fresh chai tea or chai latte, and you can customize the sweetener, which is such a refreshing change from places that don’t truly make tea and just pour something pre-mixed. It makes a big difference. One small request 🙏 please bring back the vegan blueberry bran muffin. It was such a great option—delicious, filling, and the perfect pairing with coffee. Definitely missed. I should also add Between appointments and meetings, this spot is a lifesaver, and it’s easy to recommend to clients and neighbors alike. A true local favorite.

I walked in and the service was nice. Got little weird later. The woman making the drinks had a temper but also was joking with the guy at the counter, so we was oddly passive aggressive and laughing but being rude. Like it's clear I don't like the customers. I want to say I was discriminated against, but honestly I don't want to say that if it wasn't a for sure. She was definitely just mean. And the man who made the drinks was kind and said have a good day. It was a super strange experience. The next staff in board, as I was relaxing inside was a happy staff. But the woman earlier was so mean and rude and disrespectful and snappy, and I had one rude comment at me that was so bad it me question what I did earlier. I won't come back, ever. So that's ok.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to Pete’s ; what used to be some amazing coffee has unfortunately gone down the drainage. Sadly Quality has totally deteriorated. Coffee tasted burnt, the once awesome specialty holidays ginger loaf gone down in quality as well. Sadly I won’t be visiting Pete’s anytime soon 😔

It was crowded (probably bc it was Thanksgiving day) but everyone was very kind and try their best to expedite things.

Nothing gets me hotter and wetter than a coffee place with ample seating, quick turn around on food/drinks and a friendly staff of good looking people. The Clark Kent looking barista ran the register fast and the baristas making the drinks had the turn around on my drink in 3 minutes or less.

I was trying to try it for my first time and I saw it closes at 730pm so I got there at 725pm and the doors were already locked I don’t know why they say they close at 730pm if it was already locked that’s false advertisement

The people that work there are really outgoing. There’s monthly events. I enjoy there. I like it. Good stuff.

The tables are usually dirty. I want to tip but asking for a clean table and being told they will be right there and not showing up is unacceptable. Remember germs are lurking. I would like a clean table. My napkins won’t do the trick. Otherwise I do like this location.

I’ve been to many Peet’s coffee but I had the worst experience from this place. I’ve ordered white chocolate mocha but tasted like water down milk. Since they don’t know how to make a good coffee, I’ve asked them to change to regular coffee! Out of dozen Peet’s coffee I’ve been to this place is the worst and paid $6+ for a small regular coffee!!
