The one who helped me at the checkout to take the order, doesn't like his job, bad way of treating customers. I told him that it was my first time here and yet there was no interest or due attention. He asked me if I wanted the spicy food or not. tell him no. In the end I received my pungent food. Totally disappointed we will never return to that place again. Hire people who really want to work.

First time having peet's. The cashier was nice, he was friendly and helpful. We came in right before closing so we didn't get much time inside but it was clean and comfortable. Coffee was good, I had a hot white chocolate mocha.

This is the worst run Pete's coffee I've ever been to. don't know who trains this team but they need another session. -completely overwhelmed whenever multiple customers are ordering on weekends.-I watched 1 barista in the span of 15 minutes make only 1 full drink, burned several drinks, and would either stare at the screen or fix her glasses. She should not be making drinks on a weekend. -post holiday busy and the lack of coordination was sad to watch-so many other Peets shops that they could learn from
