I finally tried Silverlake Ramen at the Porter Ranch Vineyards, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I’ve heard about Silverlake Ramen for years, so I was excited when they opened one so close to my house. I don’t remember the exact name of my order, but it was a chicken-based broth and I chose tofu as my protein (you can pick chicken, pork, or tofu). Seriously—YUM. The noodles were cooked to perfection, the toppings were just the right amount, and I completely got lost in that broth.
Everything was fairly priced, delicious, and the service was attentive and genuinely upbeat. I’m absolutely going back. We also tried a couple of appetizers—the gyoza and the crispy rice with spicy tuna—and both were great!

The food is good, but the staff needs to be more inviting. I’ve been to a couple of your locations. Burbank’s always good but this one is questionable staff wise. Act like you wanna be there

An amazing dining at Silverlake Ramen! Every dish was packed with flavor, and the overall vibe was fantastic. I still got to try their whole menu, but here's my first picks for chicken lovers:
Edamame – Fresh, lightly salted, and a decent starter.
Crispy Chicken Karaage – Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—an absolute must-try!
Spicy Chicken Bun – Perfectly soft bun with a great balance of heat and crispy tendered chicken.
Broccolini Sesame sauce - Fresh and light side, goes great with Ramen.
Shoyu on Fire Ramen – Rich, fiery flavorful broth with just the right amount of spice (request for spice sauce additionally) complemented by perfectly cooked noodles. Vegetables are well boiled and fresh with the soup.
Sapporo Beer – A refreshing japanese beer pairing with the meal perfectly.
Cleanliness is required on tables, chairs and floor as there was lot of spillage. Will be visiting again to try more from their menu.

I went yesterday 1/25/2025 we chose to get take out because it was going to be ready in 10 minutes. When we arrived a few minutes after it said it was ready, it turned out it was not even close to ready. We weren't told why the order wasn't ready but were told to wait outside in the rain for our order. This happened to all take out orders. We waited in the rain close to 50 minutes. No one informed us it was going to take this long, and the website said our order was ready. We live about 3 minutes from this location, and we had to heat up our broth in the microwave because it wasn't hot, just lukewarm. I am very disappointed that I paid full price and no apologies for waiting on cold ramen. The added insult to injury was that people ordered takeout during my wait and received their food before me as well.

Horrible first experience today (Saturday).
After being seated, a sever approached and ask if we wanted any water or drinks before we ordered and we said we were ready to order (took about 30 min to be seated and we were hungry). We ordered very basic rolls (4 California, 2 spicy salmon, and one shrimp tempura roll).
It took about 20 min before they brought the first roll which was the shrimp tempura roll (5 piece). We gave it about 5 min thinking we would get the rest soon, before my son (5 y.o) said he was hungry. He took two pieces, I took 2, and my wife took 1. It then took another 15 min before bringing another partial order (2 spicy salmon).
When the sever approached us I ask if he could get the rest of the order out soon since the spicy rolls were for me only and my wife and kids were not eating those. He said “I get those out for you soon”… Nope it took another 10 min before getting the rest of the rolls (California rolls) to us.
To all this, he did not communicate with the cooks that we were waiting for the rest of the order. He continued to pack To-Go orders. I noticed that the cooks (about 6 of them) were all working on Ramen orders. I kid you not, they packed about 30 bags of To-Go orders before we got all of our food.
We finally get all the food and surprise, surprise, they were poorly made and wrapped ( we I’ve made sushi at home and can wrap them better). It sucked to have to wait that long to get half-assed food served. To top it off, the sushi rice was dry and flavorless, just as the rest of the ingredients. Even my 5 y.o noticed and only ate 3 pieces 🫠
Good thing my 3 year old was asleep otherwise he would not have been able to handle waiting that long!

Ramen was not that bad but wasn't amazing. Prices are fairly cheap especially if you geothermal combo. Favorite side dish was the Creamy Brocolini. Don't get anything else but the Creamy Brocolini as a side dish. Amazing stuff

Their food is great and we frequently eat here. However, this review is based solely on my most recent experience. Their operating hours are listed as 11 am to 9 pm, and this information was confirmed by an employee at the front desk. Despite this, we were informed that they no longer serve customers who arrive after 8:25 pm, as per the manager's instructions. We were quite disappointed to be turned away, and if this is indeed the manager's policy, then the establishment's hours should be adjusted.
