Bad service, good food. The place wasn't packed, few tables were available, but no one greeted and we waited a few minutes before we were seated. The staff were just looking and walking past us. When we finally got seated, we weren't given a menu. I had to grab one myself. Then it took longer before someone took our orders.

They have great food, the issue is that their online ordering system is horribly broken. I usually have to call in to ask if they got my order at all, and then they forget to include something I ordered. Make sure to place takeout orders at least an hour before you want to eat

The restaurant was half empty in the afternoon on a rainy day so could be different based on the weather. Service was fast, attentive and kind. My friend and I didn't have to wait very long for our soup. The atmosphere was cozy and had a bar feel to it. I want to come back and try more dishes.Parking: Since it's a plaza with amazing food and shopping options the parking can be a bit tricky to find if you're in a hurry; plan on 2-5minutes finding a close spot to the restaurant.

Place used to be good but has gone down the drain. Service Was crap and the noodle was under cooked. Not worth it for the price.

Maybe I'm mistaken but a "side" of ghost pepper kimchi for $3.25 comes in a souffle cup, MAYBE half full??? WHAT?! ?

Watered down broth on to go order??? 3 ramens all the broths tasted like water, not creamy or flavorful at all. Noodles gummy. Eaten here many times what changed? Portion of spicy tuna on the spicy tuna bowl was small as well. What the heck happened.

Silverlake Ramen delectable ramen offerings. The rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles showcase the kitchen's commitment to authenticity. The menu, while focused on ramen, provides enough variety to satisfy different preferences. The ambiance is casual, providing a comfortable setting for a satisfying meal. Although there's room for improvement in service efficiency, the overall dining experience is marked by tasty dishes that make it a notable ramen spot in Porter Ranch.

Probably my favorite ramen! I usually grt the garlic truffle with chicken or pork. It's so creamy and the portion of the noodles is so generous. I e tried their Creamy Broccolini, Pork Bun and Spicy Chicken Bun and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I've really enjoyed the broccolini and pork bun more than the spicy chicken bun. It was more juicy and flavorful. The Shrimp Tempura Roll wasn't anything special. It's usually packed especially in the winter but I recently went and there wasnt a wait. We got there around 5pm on a Saturday. I'm sure by 7pm it gets packed. It's easy to park as it's at the Vineyards in Porter Ranch but it can take a while and the whole parking lot gets packed. So although the parking lot makes it convenient to park, it's still a hassle. However there's parking in the back of the building.

The hostess is horrible. Went to pickup a takeout order. Gave her the name and she checked the bag that was sitting there and said it would be out in a few minutes. A server came 10 minutes later and gave me the carry out bag that the hostess checked and said wasn’t ready. Screw this place.

This place is the best ramen I've had hands down And probably safe to say best food in porter ranch I haven't dined in, only ordered delivery, so my review is solely based on the food The garlic truffle ramen is to die for It looks like a lot to where you doubt you'll finish it But you'll finish it From the noodles to the broth to the meat to the eggs I mean it's amazing The pork bao buns are also delicious and cooked to perfectionRecently tried the crispy rice with spicy tuna and it's also not surprisingly delicious This place is a must try
