Ordered a Boba drink with oat milk and was immediately told, "just so you know, we can't remake the drink if you order it with oat milk and you taste it and find that you don't like it." I've ordered the drink before, but it looked like it had a different name so I was a little hesitant about getting the drink and honestly the "we can't remake the drink" comment caught me off guard, and was just not needed. The drink that I ordered and paid extra to add oat milk to was disgusting and I ended up throwing it in the trash. Will never be returning here and will advise everyone that I know that this place has rude cashiers and disgusting drinks.

Welcome to the valley, Teaspoon! This cute little boba shop is hidden in the corner of the busy plaza next to USPS postal office and Amazon grocery. They have an interesting drinks selection outside of the typical flavors. I've tried many different flavors but my favorites are Roasted Oolong Tea (w/ house cream) , Genmiacha Green Tea (w/ house cream), Ladybug (passion fruit), and Guava Sunset. I usually get all the drinks less sweet (50%), but sometimes the sweetness consistency isn't there so 75% may be a safer option. Initially I also really enjoyed their boba but lately the texture has been off so I haven't been ordering it.. Highly recommend to download their phone app and order pick up. You can get points towards future orders and save on time. It does take awhile for them to make the orders. Overall, I really like Teaspoon and I'm here at least once a week!

Nothing but positive energy towards this shop. The drinks were tasty, the staff was super friendly/efficient and parking was plentiful. The shop has a casual/relaxed vibe and outlets throughout, so great for studying/working. I literally spent the whole day posted up working and no one even batted an eye. I loved that they had such a wide variety of tea/ milk tea options, which could be served hot or cold and were highly customizable. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking to try out some unique tea lattes! I got the rose oolong with egg pudding and taro chunks with 50% sugar/no ice and a hot roasted oolong milk tea - both were well balance and just to my taste. The taro chunks were a stand out and I absolutely felt caffeinated. And don't worry coffee drinkers, they got you covered too.

A cute boba shop with a variety of tea options. I love the Ladybug which is a passion fruit infused tea. And I love to add the boba. The boba is perfect. But if I want something not sweet, I'll have an unsweetened oolong tea. It's made to order. I love how most of the drinks, the sweetness can be controlled. It's located next to the Amazon Fresh. And there are few seating areas with WiFi.

Teapsoon is a nice little boba shop in Porter Ranch, and their drinks at 25% - 50% sweet are perfect for the "light" kind of sweet toothed individuals. Their creamy jasmine was tasty, and the general ambiance is fairly relaxed. Wi-fi is readily available, and they also a community board where you may find services from the local community. While parking is plentiful, drink customizations aren't as much. One con of Teaspoon is that some drinks are not customizable, specifically in sweetness. If memory serves right, their Thai and Taro as well as a large handful of other drinks cannot be customized for sweetness. If you're in for a "lightly" sweet drink, your options will be fairly limited.

Everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful when you're asking about the drinks, the flavors, sweetness levels and everything there as well as I would say the drinks are good. I'm more of a person that likes to get creative flavors when I go to a drink place and as far as that goes I would say it was pretty good as well. It's not too packed and busy and the place is pretty clean as well which is nice.

So I came here to relax and study in a chill, quiet boba spot. I tried this chain in San Jose and it didn't meet my drink expectations so I thought I could give it another try with a different location but the drinks are still not great. I got the strawberry sangria and the fruit tea itself is just water. The only thing that gives the drink flavor is the added strawberry chunks. It was frustrating because usually before you drink boba, it is most efficient to flip the drink upside down and shake it so it mixes all up. But the seal was not even sealed properly so it almost destroyed my laptop! I had high hopes for this chain but I don't think I would recommend this boba spot.

Such a cute boba spot! A good assortment of signature and seasonal teas- I opted for the house milk tea with boba and the ladybug tea with rainbow jelly. The boba was perfect consistency, great flavored teas, and loved the passion fruit seed addition to the tea. The staff was so friendly, quick to make the drinks, ample seating areas and a big parking lot shared with the other businesses in the plaza. Overall a must try boba spot.
