3-17-24 Good food but the rep was rude when I asked her to reimburse me because I didn't want a combo just the food no drink. It wasn't her fault nor did I say it was nor was I upset. It happens. She made the biggest deal about it like I was stupid not cool. She asked me twice rudely and that it would take 3 to 5 business days to try to get me to back off. I still asked her to please process the request. I don't want to eat at this location anymore because of this rep.

Before going to this location be sure to download the Habit Burger app and sign up for the Char club to get discounts & deals. They do have an order kiosk but if you are like me and need special substitutions or would like to pay cash someone will come to a register to take your order. The staff has always been really kind and accommodating to make my visits great. I once got the Santa Barbara char burger and the avocado tasted really old and off and they switched my burger out just by overheating me make a comment to my husband. This location is always clean and even when they are busy I am able to find a place to sit down. Finding parking up front can be tricky so if anyone cannot wait from the other side of the parking lot be sure to drop them off before you go to park. Don't be afraid to ask for substitutions. I get raw onion instead of grilled with my burger and have to have it wrapped it lettuce these days. Huge shout out to the crew for always making my orders!!

Vanessa was so kind and patient with my order, she answered all my questions with a polite and positive attitude. She really made my experience a great one and can confidently say I will return. I been to this habit a couple of times and I love the service they attend me with. Especially after my last visit, Vanessa the manager attended my needs of having a table cleaned in seconds, instead of getting someone to clean it for me, I appreciate a manager that works as hard as her workers.

One of our burgers meat was raw, and when we went to go, let the cashier know he was very friendly, and had already started making another sandwich. Then Manager Vanessa approached the counter and asked what was wrong with the burger, and stated that it had already been bit. We let her know that the meat was pink still, and the sandwich did not taste right. She then proceeded to give us attitude and started arguing with us. She was calling us fat, and cursing at us. we have been to various habit locations and have never experienced such rude customer service. definitely will not be returning to this location

We were SO impressed and thankful for the amazing service we received yesterday, January 14. We were a group of 3 adults, 3 toddlers, and 1 baby (a circus) and came in for lunch. We squeezed into one of the booths and it was a bit crowded. The manager noticed us and proactively cleaned up and combined two tables that opened up for us, inviting us over to sit in the bigger space. She really went above and beyond. When our food was ready, the team brought our meals over to us, recognizing that our hands were full with all the kids. Food was top notch and everyone enjoyed their meals. I was appreciative that the food is affordable and there are kids options too. Thank you so much for making our families feel welcome and relaxed! We will definitely be coming back more often!

I got the bbq salad it waa steaming but oh my the salad was frozen and just so cold you can see the ice in the salad and it was not enjoyable we went to say something got new ones and still the same rock solid ice in salad after waiting 30 minuted ridiculous dont come here for salads.
