If you haven't had Zen Stax pancakes...you're sleeping! I'm always on the hunt to find high quality vegan food where flavor is not sacrificed and there aren't a bunch of horrible ingredients...I've been buying this batter about once a week, and since the batter is already made and mixed together you literally just pour it directly onto your pan/griddle. Saves a ton of time and no mess! Thanks for a tasty and healthy product!
