just two weary travelers from the midwest. we agree we won't be drinking for the week, but something about this little place calls out to us. after a long day of trekking the sequoias we pull over. antlers of hope, the american gem that you are. my friend and i fell so hard for this place we stayed for seven hours. by the end of the night we knew the name of every person in the bar. it was karaoke night and everyone went absolutely ballistic. the whole place turned into a private party, everybody hollering and dancing. kept cheering about how we were visitors from ohio. we felt like rock stars. i only ordered three or four drinks but the locals bought me four more. eight (?) drinks and a phenomenal burger in, totally cured of any woes. if that weren't enough, the bartender mike and his cousin the bouncer were so sweet and attentive about fending off weirdos. this guy kept getting drunker and more aggressive with me, but i felt so safe because of the staff, i never had to worry. they had my back and kept checking to see if we were alright. anna, lisa, laurie, mike, all of you guys. abby and i aren't gonna forget that night at antlers for a long long time. by the end of the night we felt like family. everyone wanted to make sure we had a place to stay and wouldn't let us leave without saying goodbye. they took our polaroids and sent us out with bumper stickers. we love you antlers of hope!!!!

First time there. A little rustic bar and grill. Drive by on my way home, they are busy most evenings around 6 ish. Now I know why, amazing chicken tacos. Kind people, great music. I highly recommend if you want a layed back rustic place with good music and good food not to mention alcohol. Can't wait to try other menu items.

Great old school bar and grill I was hungry hungry and I ended up getting the fish and chips it was hot and fresh . And fast the staff was very relaxed and quick to ask if you needed anything I will be back as I have to have the clam chowder they let me sample it was so comforting and flavored perfectly 👌
