Good ice cream. Friendly staff. Place could have been cleaner. Bathroom was horrible, no changing table, no soap, and the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush.

I was honestly disgusted when I went to this baskin robins I was visiting my friends and when I went to go order my ice cream, I saw roaches INSIDE the display case, I literally had to just walk out because there was no way I was gonna eat cream that has roaches near it.

Came to get a super watery milkshake to pay $16 no one was even in the store pretty sure she could’ve took her time. In my opinion is better to have extra product than taking out a scoop out the blender and give me a watery rocky road lol that ice cream is thick itself. Didn’t have time to ask to remake it . So just wasted my money. Taste like MILK

I can’t believe this place. We were waiting in line for a while and the guy was taking orders from people behind us in line. NOT COOL!!! He didn’t bother to help us even after he realized what he had done. Very, very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.

The young woman working inside was nice and very fast in her service! The place was clean and had plenty of seating inside, air conditioned, on a hot summer Saturday. The ice cream I got was great, but the mango and banana smoothie my wife got was even more delicious! Yum!

After Church.. decided to go grab a sweet treat- Baskin Robbins, Porterville (Save Mart Shopping Center)Greeted with a smile and immediately acknowledged, even though they were currently serving a customer!Individual who waited on us was Alex- he was friendly.. never felt rushed and answered all questions about their new flavors with a smile!Definitely will be back.Store is clean and customer service is on point! Before leaving we asked for the nice guy who waited on us- only to find out it was ALEX “the Store Manager” which made our experience even more unique… he was very hands on, very helpful!Generous portions as well!
