Yamilex was very kind I thought I lost my wallet tonight and called the store, she checked where I was sitting and took my information down incase it was found. Luckily I misplaced my wallet myself and called back, she was relieved to hear the news. Her customer service is excellent, she has a great disposition.

Visited on a weekday, expecting quick in-and-out service just to grab some ice cream, but ended up waiting over 10 minutes. Only one employee was working, and her customer service was terrible — no smile, no “welcome,” nothing. While waiting, I took my son to the restroom, and the level of unsanitary conditions was appalling. There was no soap, no toilet seat covers, no paper towels, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was especially frustrating since my son is at the age where he touches everything, and with no soap available, it felt downright disgusting. This place seems very rundown and the owner should be ashamed of appearance and the lack of staff. Will not be recommending.

Employees are great and doing all that they can despite harsh working conditions. It’s embarrassing on the company that they can only seem to afford one employee to be serving guests at a time. This store is unsanitary and service is slow due to there being only one employee working at a time. This is not how you run a business and these employees deserve better. Shameful.

The only reason I am leaving a one star is because it is a Sunday evening and there is only one worker here. She is working her butt off and keeping calm. There is a steady stream of people coming in. I think maybe you need to have more people working.

I was APPALLED by the sight of BUGS inside of the display case and I found a roach inside of my ice cream bowl. NEVER am I coming back to this location.

I was honestly disgusted when I went to this baskin robins I was visiting my friends and when I went to go order my ice cream, I saw roaches INSIDE the display case, I literally had to just walk out because there was no way I was gonna eat cream that has roaches near it.
