I’ll start by saying our pizzas were yummy. Cooked perfectly and the crust was light and crispy. However, i only gave 4 stars because they were out of gluten free crust, garlic pesto sauce, pineapple, and plates. Like HOW are yall out of all those things. Things that I wanted so I had to adjust my entire order. Again, what I got was good but I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my usual. I don’t feel a restaurant should be out of all of those things.. something is wrong there.

The service here has always been good but today we decided to go in and whoever “Nick” is apparently hates their job. We asked about possible birthday rewards as we figured Blaze would be a nice treat and we were met with pure annoyance by this team member and seemed as they couldn’t care less that we were even there.

The staff all looked unhappy also me and my son were the only customers and they preferred to talk rather ask for our order. Got our pizza and it was really soggy

one of my worst experiences for pizza ever. The employees are incompetent and appeared to be mentally challenged. My food sat on a counter waiting to be put in a box for take out for almost 15 minutes. I recommend you eat somewhere else or fast that day. You'll be better off.

Put a mobile order in today at 7:32 and pickup time was for 7:48 . I went in at 7:40 to wait for my order inside and waited and waited and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe they’re busy but after waiting 12 minutes after my original pick up time I went up and asked if they had a noble ready for Maria and she grabbed a pizza off a stand in the back and when I revived it, it was already cold. They never placed it in the takeout area where it should have been where I could have seen it to grab it. All the workers saw us come in and take a seat and didn’t even ask us if we were waiting for some thing or if we needed to order.
