The cashier was very friendly. After ordering, we took our children to the play place and it was freezing cold. I asked if they could make it a little warmer. When the employee asked a manager to adjust the temperature the manager refused. He later asked again but the thermostat was never adjusted. Going into the main lobby you could feel the heat blowing as soon as you walked in from the play area. Even the restrooms were really warm. So why did they refuse to turn the heat on so children can play comfortably? It makes absolutely no sense.

This is the star of the show. I just ordered my food at this location at 10:07 PM August 7, 2025 and I just wanna say whoever made my shake 10 out of 10 promotion right now it’s the best shake I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. It taste like a gingerbread shake, even though I got chocolate Oreo shake it was so amazing. it’s gone now, but I just needed to come on here and say that because whoever made my shake today needs to get promoted right now they did their best work 10 stars for me.

I have ordered on many occasions. My order is messed up most of the time. Not only that but when I came back to tell them they refused to replace my order. Everything was cold and they told me they couldn’t give me new food even though I brought back the original food. Oh and did I mention I ordered threw door dash and had to drive back! Yeah. Total bs! And the y were so rude even when I was trying to be nice about it. BK on Henderson is BS.

I like it because the prices are reasonable but the crunchy tacos have made me cold twice and to avoid that I have to tell them that they make them freshly made but it shouldn't be like that, everything is supposed to be made fresh.

I order my food with no mustard,pickels,and onions. When i got my burger it had everything I said that I didn't want. When I went to tell the cashier she made me pay for a whole new burger when it was there fault they got the order wrong

This entire dining experience was super skibidi on my gyatt. Waiters were totes rising up the food, but my only complaint is that they kept fanum taxing my fries. Not gooning to this.

Rude staff. Horrible customer service. Just moved to the area and every time I come here they act like you’re an issue or a nuisance no matter how nice you are. No one made you work here! If u hate your job, get or better one or get educated and find a career. You probably don’t belong in customer service if you have a bad attitude with every person you encounter.
