For many years the experience of fast food has been on the decline. My visit to this Carl's Jr location was a very enjoyable experience. I ordered a famous star double combo and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. Both were prepared with enough care so that both looked just like the menu picture. Very polite and courteous staff. Woman taking order was smoking outside on the utility box and when she saw me walk in to place an order, she got behind register and took order never washing her hands when the sink was right there. I saw her reaching into French fry containers with her smoked up non washed hands Her name is Arlene. Disgusting
