Fresh baked bread smell in the morning was great! The breakfast burritos were massive and very good. Will go back for sure. The employees all just looked upset and not very personable but were not rude either.

If there were a way to give zero stars, Chaguitos would be the proud winner. The burrito I got was less of a burrito and more of a soggy paper towel experiment—absolutely drenched in grease, falling apart before I even had the chance to regret ordering it. Flavor? None. Texture? Think wet napkin wrapped around sadness.
The two young guys working there must’ve thought, “Yeah, this looks fine to serve,” which is concerning on many levels. Maybe a career change is in order if this is the best they’re willing to put out. This place used to be decent, but now it’s all downhill—and fast.
Save yourself the disappointment.

OMG. PAN DULCE. SWEET BREAD. AWESOME.
The wife made a roast and wanted Bolios to make sandwiches. I bought a dozen Bolios and while I was there could not resist the sweet bread. Bolios; So tasty and so soft on the inside - melted in our mouth. The sweet bread was better than any donut shop anywhere in this town. THE SWEET BREAD WAS BETTER THAN ANY DONUT SHOP IN THIS 93257. Thank You Chaugitos. No. Really.
THANK YOU !!!

It’s okay but you can find better. Avoid the beans, cheese and tortilla chips. Sometimes the meats are good and sometimes it’s not. It’s a big hit and miss.

Used to always come here to eat the nachos but the last time i got nachos with asada the meat was so fatty😭 every bite was 60% fat. Now i just stick to the pan dulce to me it’s the best pan in town !
The where closed when I got there at 8:30pm. However, I was able to walk in all the way to the counter. Then, all of a sudden, they were closed. Maybe they forgot to lock the door or they didn't want to serve me.

Excellent food. If you want a traditional Mexican vibe and really good food. Not to mention a sweat Mexican bread at the end? Then this is the place!
They've lost their touch. Food had zero flavor. Chile Verde sauce was mostly grease. We were super disappointed. We should have gone somewhere else.

Fish tacos look nothing like their pictures. The oil used to fry the fish needs to be changed because the fish tastes rancid like dirty grease. Couldn’t eat it. The cooks also need to clean the grill once in awhile. All the tacos taste the same with too much salt. Never coming back. Too bad.

This is a great spot to stop for lunch on the road. Tasty and affordable, this little bakery and restaurant has a standard selection of Mexican fare and a wider variety of classic baked goods. My partner and I got the burritos with adobado, and I got a carnitas sopes. Both were delicious, and the tortilla on the sopes was fluffy and crunchy, just the perfect texture. I definitely recommend for a quick bite on a road trip or a spot to catch up with old friends.
