Decided to try out this place and thankfully they had hot food available. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Prices are good for the amount of food they serve. The orange chicken and BBQ pork were 2 of our favorites. The donuts are super soft, delicious, and pretty to look at. Definitely would recommend ?

A restaurant I would definitely not recommend eating at is the Chinese food factory in Porterville. I have given this place a couple chances thinking maybe it just wasn't the day to eat there. The first time I went I found a hair in my chow mein , I decided to not eat the rest of my food. The second time I had gone I had ordered some orange chicken and chow mein, when I had bit into the chicken it was still pink inside and that had completely grossed me out. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone it is very disappointing and gross from my experience.

Very disappointed by this place. Customer service was terrible and they were not even busy. Overpriced and made me sick. Only had a few bites and had to toss my food. The broccoli beef was sour tasting. I heard they have good donuts and boba but the food was not it. They need to work on quality control and customer service.
