Ordered the phó because it said it was authentic but it had no taste, had a weird smell and meat was tough. I also the seafood boil and it tatse like they use taptio for seasoning. Worse food I tasted since I've been here. If you wanted better phó go to the one on olive if not the one in visalia by the Walmart. Don't know how this place stays open nasty.

Do not get the pho w/ rib. Absolutely disgusting. I got this to go. No flavor at all ! I got this to go and I can’t even get into how horrible it was. I would def take pho off the menu and stick to the food boil.

I picked up three bags today. I usually enjoyed coming here, but today I ordered the captain's choice, and only one of the three bags contained corn, and they didn't add sausage.

First time going here we got there as soon as it opened. We all ordered the pho with the rib. The broth had very little flavor and all the me tasted like it was old. It seems like they cooked it way ahead of time and then reheated it. Also we had to take down all the chairs for our table because the dining area wasn't ready to serve. It was very disappointing

I ordered the Pho soup it was disgusting. The noodles smelt horrible like they had been boiled in dirty water. The side beef was so damn hard you couldn’t even bite into it. I had to throw the whole soup away because the smell is so bad. I called and spoke to the manager (who was also the cook). He said they never cook food in dirty water and sorry Mam! Bad Experience will Not be back, I feel sick to my stomach ugh

Always loved this place but for Valentine’s Day, y'all could’ve prepared better and should have known it would be busy. I waited 2 and a half hours for my order and received one potato, one piece of sausage and 5 pieces of shrimp in my bag. That’s disappointing to wait that long.

Absolutely the worst garbage service in town. Get someone over the age of 30 down there. Get those kids off their phones and make food. Keep telling everyone “30 minutes” then back behind the door texting and chatting with their friends. The whole crew that worked Valentine’s Day 2025 needs to be fired.
