I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent order. I paid $10 for carne asada fries, expecting a quality dish as advertised. However, what arrived was far from satisfactory. The presentation was lacking, and the portion clearly did not reflect the price I paid. It's disheartening to receive such a subpar product, and it feels as though the establishment has little regard for customer satisfaction. If it were possible, I would assign a zero-star rating to this experience, as it falls significantly short of my expectations.

Stuffed half my large fries with sauce the strawberry in my limanafe tasted like there were about to go bad no wonder I dont go eat all the ti.e tried making conversation I was ignored. Definitely not going back

The food is great. Only issue is the kid at the drive up window asked me for different cash when I gave him the money for the order he claimed he never saw any cash from the 90's and so could t take my payment. He thought I was paying him in fake money...smh

The girl at the drive thru was either in a bad mood or just hates her job. I ordered 10 chicken tacos. I didnt get a receipt when i paid. A guy from somewhere in the back gave me a small bag and just walked away, he didnt tell me if everything was in there or if i had to wait for more. So i stayed there and looked through the bag to see if i had all 10 tacos in there. I didnt. There was only 7 tacos. No one came back to the drive thru window. I waited a good while until the girl finally came back and asked if i needed something else. I mentioned i was missing 3 tacos. She asks me multiple times if im sure and i say yes i had the time to take each taco out and look, there was only 7. She calls the guy from the back and he says everything should be in the bag. He says he made them so he knows they’re in there. I say no. Again theres only 7. They made me feel like i was trying to steal from them. I paid almost $30 so i know i ordered 10 tacos. Maybe i would know if i got my receipt. Anyway i got home and open the tacos and this is what i got. I might as well have only paid for the tortillas. Never going back.

I use to go to the Del taco in Tulare, which I love their fish tacos. Something about Porterville Del taco tells me that this place is gonna close down pretty soon. I ordered two shrimp tacos, two fish tacos and a quesadilla for my child. First of all they forgot to put the quesadilla second of all the fish tacos were wrapped in a cold tortilla. It was hard meaning that the tortilla was never warmed up. There was no lines. There was no napkins. They didn’t even ask me for any sauce. I had to tell them they their service is very unprofessional and unkind. Don’t even greet you or say thank you hopefully this place closes and they can rebuild something nicer.

Haven’t had Del Taco since I was in my early teens so we wanted to stop and reminisce - mistake! Either I had low standards or the food is just not that good! No one will ever know. Anyhow, it was good to try it again and bring back some good memories.

I ordered via drive-thru, and I have to say that it was the worst experience I've had, and that's saying something! The person working there would reply everything I said with a vague grunt. Didn't even tell us our order total and when we got to the window, the price was stupidly ridiculous for something so small and that costs less in Tulare. 22 dollars for this, 6 snack tacos and a drink?! Not to mention, the food smells, it has grease all over, and the worker wouldn't speak up. Awful. Last time I came here it was all fine and dandy. Don't eat here, it's not worth it or a good bang for your buck anymore. Even more, it made my stomach hurt. Never again. ?
