I call and order 30 minutes later they didn’t have my order on the sistem I had to order again and wait another 30 minutes!
I came to have breakfast with my family and we were waiting for almost 25 minutes to be ushered in and the place was almost empty, there were people waiting. I'm from Los Angeles and they never treated us like that there, the waitresses are very friendly, nothing like the ones here. Dennis. My husband just asked how long we have to wait and the manager responded rudely and I told my husband not to say anything and we better left and then the people who were waiting long before us also left. Bad attention. I love Denis but this time I was disappointed in this Denny's in porterville. I put a star because it wouldn't let me give my opinion.

Poor management, needs a new manager. I ordered online for pick-up because every time I go to dine in the dining experience is less than satisfactory. When I arrived there was an extra milkshake on the counter which I was charged for. When I explained to the manager that I did not order the extra milkshake and that I was not going to pay for it she then rolled her eyes, picked it up and then slammed it on the counter by the register. I just chuckled and shook my head. So now we go to the one on Henderson. The staff is much more friendly and not awkward.
