Upon arriving to collect my order, I was informed it would be ready in five minutes. However, after waiting nearly twenty minutes, I inquired about the status. It was then revealed that my order had been prepared and waiting. I was under the impression that the order would be announced it was ready , and was not aware that I needed to re-queue to retrieve it.

This is the second time we have had pizza delivered that it's taken over 2 hours to get it here even though the tracker says it'll be here in 10 minutes it's already left the store that's another hour before it gets here then you call the store and you talk to somebody in the store and they say oh it should be there momentarily still 45 minutes to an hour later literally twice over 2 hours for delivery

This is a great store with an amazing staff! I would like to point out, as someone who also works in food service, having a full crew can still result in the store being too busy to handle, and they still do their damndest. Think about all those people ordering from there. That's how good they are!!

I absolutely love Dominos pizza. Always quick with their delivery and when I do carryout they are all so nice and helpful with getting me exactly what I want and a coupon or a good deal.
Ordered extra sauce, didn't get it. They were out of one drink that I ordered, but not that big of a deal. The pizza tasted okay, but the cuts didn't go the whole way through the crust, so slices just kind of tore, or I cut it with a knife.

The pizza here is consistently good with plenty of toppings that actually almost go to the edge of the pie! Staff are friendly and helpful and you can't beat the special deals they offer. they give you a chance to try new things at a very reasonable price. Parking is sometimes a challenge because they are in a very busy shopping center, especially at dinner time so plan accordingly if you are picking up your order. Delivery time are usually 30-45 minutes and the drivers are polite and professional delivering hot food every time.
Clowns. Ordered at 6 and it showed 15-30min delivery. I called back at 7 and was told it be 1 hr. No way it takes a total of 2 hrs for a delivery. The meat head on the line kept playing the “there’s other orders ahead of yours sir” line. Bro not 2 hrs worth. Anyway call pizza guys they’re great.
