I order Dominos about twice a month. Made a mobile pizza order for delivery... I was watching the pizza tracker everything was going welluntil my order was ready to head out for delivery. It was 6:25 pm when my order was ready and read your pizza is on its way... I didn't recieve my order until 7:15 pm. Pizza were cold and to top it off . Driver forgot my 3 sodas and icing for our desert... Comes back with our drinks and forgets our icing... Worst delivery ever.

Our pizza was missing a lot of cheese and sauce. I ordered the butter crust but we didn't get any and our parm bread bites were under cooked. I'll be sticking to the Farmersville location.

They were out of spinach and instead of calling me or adding extra toppings when I called, they said it really wasn’t their problem and it’s not like I was paying for it anyways that’s very rude. Acted like it was no big deal.
The pizza is fluffy and delicious.You will not have a place to eat your pizza if you go to order it in person so I recommend online ordering or just pick up.Best pizza

What a crappy place to get pizza from!! They knew we were at a hotel and we asked for plates and Parmesan cheese and all we got was red peppers flakes! We asked for pepperoni to be only on 3/4 of the pizza and once again they sucked and didn't accommodate us! If you want service and good pizza don't freakin go here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was told by Sam who I belive to be the manager I would be receiving a refund months ago, she told me if that if there was an issue she would contact me and that it would be in my account in a week. It was not and she did not. I called two weeks later and she said she needed my email address which I provided and said yet again it would be a week. This was months ago. She's never in when I call. Corporate will not answer the phone.

Just before that bs thing in 2019, getting pizza delivered tossed around hard in the box, etc, service was just rotten. It was so consistently bad that I recorded getting my order from the delivery person and opened the items to show my friends and family the craziness.The story came up again and we decided to order in the beginning of this year. To our surprise it was a new delivery person and must’ve got an entirely new crew too because the pizza was amazing. Thought it might be a fluke, so I ordered the following month with an extra item. Same impressive return with yet another new driver. The third time I ordered something extra, also a different driver delivered the pizzas and the food was great again. So we ordered again with yet another new item.4 orders turning out that perfect I feel confident to brag how awesome tonight’s order is going to be even before it’s been delivered. Whatever you did to fix that Domino’s location, keep it up - it’s working.
