Great flavors, well cooked and top quality for inland seafood. Favorites to try are seafood pasta, and fish ceviche however, you won't be disappointed with anything. All staff are very friendly and eager to serve. There's usually great music playing or sports showing which is nice...sometimes live musicians! The dining room is always clean as are the restrooms. Family friendly, but for a date night ambiance, ask to sit in the smaller area.

They serve a small plate of shrimp ceviche when you sit down with a few tostadas as a small appetizer. Their aguas frescas are very thirst quenching. The ambience is pleasing but at times the music is so loud that I can't hear what family is saying.

What a find! In town for business frequently, I've sampled a lot of places in Porterville, and this one stands out with stellar service, fresh seafood, and creative combinations. The ceviche came with the best balance of flavor. Somehow, it wasn't fishy at all, even with a rich and full impact of flavor. Everything else was on point too, and the prices are very reasonable. All in all HIGHLY recommended.

Had dinner yesterday at el 30 and it was delicious, the food came out incredibly fast and the service was super friendly and welcoming. They serve you ceviche with tostadas while you order and it was really good. Our food was hot and fresh, definitely will be coming back for the live music on they have on Fridays.
