Customer service is very poor. Some games were broken, prize amounts are ridiculously too high. The cost for birthday parties needs clarification on how many tables come with the purchase. I will not be having a birthday party there ever again.

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars, I would. We booked 5 tables for our daughter's birthday party 3 weeks before the party. We paid the non refundable deposit when we booked it. When we get there, we pay the remainder of the balance and walked over to the tables they told us were for us. When we sat our stuff down to start decorating the tables, the party next to us started saying that was their table. We looked on the place card, and sure enough, it said it was for them. We went to the cashier to find out what was going on. The owner told us to wait at the table. She took forever to come over and explain what was going on. Well, they had double booked that table. So the owner told the other party that they were losing the tables and told us to use it. She was extremely rude and acted like it was our fault there had been a mistake made by them. She said we should be glad they were accommodating us! We felt really bad about the other party losing what they paid for, but the place was packed and there was nowhere else for us to go. What is really sad, the owner didn't even offer them a discount for the mistake they made. Neither party was given an apology either. If you are considering this place for an event, please reconsider! I will never use this place again!

Owner was rude made us leave our table because it was reserved for a party. and there was no sign saying Reserved. I asked her "Maria" the owner where do we sit To eat our food there's no where to sit. She said that ain't her problem. So in other words we need to have a reservation to eat here and she replied yes, I told her that this was our 1st and Last time we're coming here

Took my step son and step daughter for their birthday party it was cool . We got 250 coins for 50$ most games take four coins and requires little or no skill to play super kid friendly they also do a deal for 20 coins + three topping large pizza + four large drinks for $29.99 it's wheel chair accessible but only if you park on the side if you don't park on the side you'll have to actually cross a main street tour crosswalk in the curb is a good step upParking: Across the street and on the side of the buildingKid-friendliness: Mostly kids stuff so adults prepare for a lil bit of bordem. And the basketball game is 1 coin per player not 4. Prizes are a little wack but it's coolWheelchair accessibility: It's sketchy on the street but they do have a huge ramp going in

50$ for 250 coins and most games are 4 coins and require little skill to play. They have 20 coins + 3 topping large pizza + 4 large drinks for $29.99. friendly atmosphere parking is ok you have to cross the main street and it has a tall curb to step up on . they do have parking on the side and it's wheel chair friendly .

Stopped here randomly for a late lunch. Had never been here before. Didn't know what I was walking into. It's a very low budget Chuck E Cheese. Full of tired ticket based games and machines. Went through 5$ in tokens really quick. Gave my tickets away to some kid.. But, the pizza though, was bomb.. Got a combination and chowed down. I would stop here again

Visited Giovanni’s for the first time and I just have to say I felt like I was transported back! Fun arcade games to play and prizes to redeem! When ordering the salad do note that you have to fill out a paper, checking off all the toppings you want on your salad and it gets made in the back for you. The pizza was good and everyone in my group said the wings were 5 outta 5! Great place to host a kid party or just a fun family outting!

The pizza is absolutely to die for! They really should invest in a new building it would help with sales etc.. but if your going for the food you will enjoy it.

I discourage you all from visiting Giovanni's Pizzeria & Arcade. The ambiance of this location is old and unhygienic. I felt uncomfortable when attending this location because of the filth. The food appeared as leftovers which made me lose my appetite.
