This is the first time I’ve ever complained about food. This was the first time I ordered salmon sashimi that I couldn’t eat . It was slimy and had the worst smell… beyond a fish smell. The ramen was the worst I’ve ever had. I also ordered 3 sushi rolls which smelled beyond a fish smell and had a weird taste. I hate making a complaint like this but after spending over 100 dollars in food and having to throw it away really hit hard. I called to see if we could figure out a solution and the lady I spoke to was very defensive and couldn’t understand what I was complaining about because apparently they received a fresh salmon that day… either way, I was disappointed with my order and wish my complaint and concerns was taken serious.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order, anticipating a smooth and enjoyable meal, only to arrive and discover that my order had not been received by the restaurant. I promptly provided them with my confirmation email and the corresponding bank statement, which clearly indicated that my payment had been processed. However, this evidence seemed to carry little weight, and I was left empty-handed and frustrated.
What added to my disappointment was the apparent lack of communication among the staff. My confirmation email was passed around to multiple people—at least eight that I could count—yet no one could offer a satisfactory resolution or explanation for the mix-up. Instead of receiving the help I needed, my phone number was treated like a plaything, being shuffled around without any real attempt to resolve the issue. The last person I spoke with assured me they would take down my information and follow up, but that promise went unfulfilled. It’s been quite some time and, regrettably, I have yet to hear back. (I’m still waiting 2025)
To make matters worse, my overall experience highlighted the decline in service and quality at this location. It used to be a place known for its fresh offerings and attentive service, but it seems to have lost its touch over the years. The food no longer meets the standards I once associated with this establishment, and my latest visit was a stark reminder of how far it has fallen.
It is disheartening to have spent my money on food I never received, and I cannot recommend this place to others. I believe potential customers should be aware of my experience and consider spending their money elsewhere, where they might receive both the food and service they deserve.

Our Friends group met for dinner. There were a variety dishes ordered. Dishes were delicious, we enjoyed our meals.
Overall, the experience varies based on the time of day. Your standard weekend nights are usually busy, so it would be a better idea to order ahead. Food varies based on the chef but overall decent quality.
