My son brought us here when we came into town to visit him. Let me just say that they take pride in their sushi. You can see and taste the difference. Then their soup was to die for. Definitely recommend any sushi lover. The portions are worth it.P.S. The Miso soup was phenomenal.
I recently went for my birthday, it was delicious as always. I have probably tried at least a dozen menu items over the years and have never been disappointed. The staff are always amazing and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. It's just a really nice place to come and enjoy great food with family and friends. Definitely recommend! :)
I placed an online , I get there and they tell me they did not receive my order. I showed them my confirmation email and my bank statement. It still wasn’t enough to get my food. So of course I’m starting to feel frustrated because they gladly took my money out of my bank account and I got nothing. My confirmation email was seen by like 8 different people, no idea why. Instead of getting answers my phone was being passed around like a toy. Last person I spoke to took down my information and I have not heard nothing since then. So thank you for taking my money and no food. I will not be returning. This place lost it’s touch years ago. It’s not what it used to be and their food is not fresh. I did not recommend coming here. Take your money elsewhere.

Tastiest sushi I have came across in Porterville. Yes, we are a couple hundred miles from the ocean, yes the sushi is fresh and portions good. A little pricey and the ambiance/ service is central California proper but nothing fancy if you're used to more.

Love it when I get to pass by Porterville because it means I get to eat a Habi. I am very picky about eating out, and Porterville is generally not know for its restaurants - but Habi stands above the rest. The closest competitors it has are Sushi Koo and Davorns (both in Visalia). Service is fast, food is great, and the price is right. I typically stick with a lunch bento box - which they have a great selection of including spicy chicken, spicy pork, and beef bulgogi.
