Wow just ducking Wow. I feel so stupid lol
So I ordered 1 Apple fritters (she put 2) 🤔 1 glazed bars (also gave 2)🤔 and two chocolate bars 🤔 6 small ass cookies that were a dollar each. (She gave me 12)
So lol that’s 6 donuts and a container of small cookies she charged me almost $50 🫠 oh and a water bottle this is crazy I was like how is that $50. Could not believe it. If it wasn’t for taking the donuts for my co workers and cookies my kids I wouldn’t have gone.pictures of cookies included

Went he a few weeks maybe a month ago charged like 22 bucks then went in and was charged 35 for the exact same dozen I previously ordered.

The lady charges different people different prices for the donuts. There are no prices listed anywhere. Some are charged upwards of $50 per dozen! This is insane and the donuts are not great. This place needs a visit from city business regulators or something. It shouldn't still be happening.

Smoothies are delicious! Donuts are great!! Customer service is the best!!!! Y’all need to try this place out…will not regret!!! :D

This place is a 4/10 IMO, I Ordered the single Dozen (you get to pick your 12 you want, but they charge you for each doughnuts valued) cost me $54.98. The Doughnuts were too sweet for me and oily.
The service was Okay, I can sense the kindness, but the language barrier is an issue, I was confused most of the time. A young boy employee helped aswell a little.
The Atmosphere is not that enjoyable in my opinion. It reminds me of FNAF sort of.
Overall I'm thankful for the doughnuts, but I won't get anymore unless I had no other choice.

There is no way I believe the stories of the people who have given hershimers a single star they made comments about the dozen being spare and showing pictures if you have ever been to Amanda s hershimers you would know that there is no way that lady 'Val " got her do donuts as she said nor is that picture straight from the store . The picture is most likely after her friends devoured the great donuts they serve that was the left overs. They have great great service specially Amanda is the nicest friendliest person u could meet and the donuts are the best around I wanna say in TC but I haven't tried everywhere there in the top five for sure. Go eat a donut life is short enjoy a donutat Hershimers always!

$3 dollars for a small donut?? too expensive

Donuts taste like french fries

Paid $25 and this is the dozen I received. Lady didn’t let me pick out any donuts either she just kept going to the back and grabbing them, nothing from what she had out in the front. Also bought a nesquik chocolate milk that turned out to be expired since March 2024 (at least a month old)

Really over priced 6 donuts for 20 dollars

This place looks like a dump. Decorations are old and faded. Looks kind of dirty. I paid $60 for 7 donuts and 7 drinks. First milk we got out of the cooler was expired and the others was very cold. The donut- where do I start. At 11:00 in the morning a lot of the cases were empty or had very few and they were stale, the sprinkle one my grandchild wanted was so small I’ve seen bigger donuts at Walmart. Some of the donuts in the case looked like a kid made them. Hergeshiemer’s used to be the best place for donuts but after today I will never go there again.

I don’t do this but this time it’s just too much! If it had happened once or maybe even twice it wouldbe one thing but -Hergesheimers Donuts -I have used this business a minimum of once a month for donuts for classes I teach. The older lady in the store has overcharged me several times. When her daughter is in the store, she has came to the adding machine and rectified the amount. This last Friday I came and got donuts and was in a hurry because my class is in Tulare so I just paid and left. After that I figured out what it should have been and went in today and gave my order (without buying any) to have her figure out what it should have cost me. Her figures came out to $49 and I showed her I was charged $59. She was making excuses and says basically too bad and then called a young man up from the back (who was extremely polite) and then she offered $10Worth of donuts to make up for it. I refused as I wanted my $10! I told her I would be buyingdonuts somewhere else from now on. If she waits on you - double check your bill! Zero stars !!!!!Comments from othersThis has been a complaint I've read many times. I stopped going there yrs ago when I found out they were living in the back.We go to Yum Yum. It's always clean and no one lives there.
