Rude to my wife and refused to take her order in person so I'm very unhappy. We don't work here so we assumed our meals would have medium fries and drinks. The monitor we had to order on didn't say the meals would have have small fries or drink. Then after waiting so long in like just to order because the people ahead of us were trying to figure out how to order then waiting 30 minutes for our food we were dissatisfied with our small meals.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Double bacon smash-Jack...my first time at Jack-in-the-box in over a year. After seeing the commercial on TV it looked like something really delicious 😋!!! But, the meat was dry and tasteless. Couldn't taste the sauce or the grilled onions. The bacon was cooked and that was a plus!!! Paid $12 and will go to Burger King instead!
PS The bun was terrific...but you don't pay $12 for the bun!!!

PLACED AN ORDER ON BLACK FRIDAY WENT TO PICK IT UP AT 7:55 P.M. THE MANAGER GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER I TOLD HER IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER SHE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME SHE REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY APP AND MADE ME TAKE THE ORDER.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE NEEDS TO BE COACHED BETTER AND REALIZE THAT CUSTOMERS PAY HER CHECK. ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS LISTEN AND FIX THE ISSUE AND THEY WOULD NOT BE RECEIVING THIS BAD REVIEW AND CORPORATE AND A STORE MANAGER WOULD ALSO NOT HAVE TO BE RECEIVING A PHONE CALL BUT WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD BE TALKING TO THE MANAGER SHE SAID OKAY.... APPARENTLY SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER JOB OR THE CUSTOMERS

Worst fast food place in town it’s honestly embarrassing how bad it is I feel bad for the night shift workers ain’t no way they’re staffed properly they need to hire more staff. I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for a FAST food place. Today I ordered online got there and was waiting in line for close to an hour before I decided to cut my loses and just go home. Don’t come here during night shift you’ll never get your food in a timely manner

This jack n box is staple in town fast service and open 24 hrs. Sometimes has forgetful employees though.

Just had my first New York cheesecake at our local Jack in the box. Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!
This drive thru with the overnight crew is so incredibly slow. I had a friendly server, THIS TIME. Every other time, not at all friendly and downright incompetent. I had to drive around to the front door at 3 a.m. and wait ten minutes before she brought me my chicken sandwich, and one of the buns was so soggy at this point it was literally inedible. Not even worth the trip.

I was waiting at the register for the longest time, the lady who was in the front would look at me and ignore me. I’m assuming she was the manager. After a while she quickly glanced at me and told me to order off the kiosk. (Not even making eye contact or asking me what I needed). I already had placed a mobile order and was waiting for someone to assist me to let them know I was there. I recommend going to Henderson, much better customer service.
