This used to be my favorite sandwich shop. BUT!!!!! It’s gone down in quality. Bread was hard as a rock in one side. The worst, 2 sandwiches and 2 chips = $37.00. 2 basic sandwiches and 2 half filled little bags of chips. What happened Jimmy John’s??!!!! Makes me sad too. I loved their sandos. The up side, staff is friendly. Still nice and clean inside.

They refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted it . I ordered the Italian sub and they only request I had was please don’t toast it,and the worker Said they had to not matter what.All they had to do is not put it in the oven!!And when I called back to speak with a manager she said she was the manager.She wasn’t the manager just would let me speak to them!!!

They refuse to make my sandwich the way I want. It's simple I didn't want my sandwich toasted. They said it's policy to toast a Italian sandwich when I didn't want it toasted. Horrible customer service.

This place sucks I was a loyal customer and I spent at least $60 every time I order from there and they messed up on my son's order and didn't want to replace it cuz it wasn't their mistake and that's and he laughed when he said that to me so this place sucks

So long story short Daniel from store #3194 yelled at me and my fiance over his misunderstanding and once we got the order settled I asked no onion add pickles and he added onion and ignored the pickle request. Not only did he over the the wrap in sauce but literally put excessive amount of peppers which I did not ask for. Completely unprofessional and who yells at the customers... never again while he is staffed there.
