How pathetic! I asked for an eta and the male didn't know what eta stood for. I asked to get transferred to another person who could handle the phone call, and he hung up on me! I called back and I said to be transferred to management and he hung up on me again? I called back and instantly clicked the line! This is a common trend of males in 93257 not having the slightest common sense. As a business owner myself I would never hire or tolerate this behavior from male employees. It's quite astonishing how they are not embarrassed by this behavior.

Wow I don't think you could make a sandwich any faster than that. The food is great. The place is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. I also like to go in and read all the signs they have up. Overall a great place.

If I could give a zero star review I would avoid this place at all costs gave me some terrible food poisoning ordered two jjblts that of cour was making me s*** myself while throwing up at the same time probably had the sandwiches sitting around considering they had my order done in like two minutes

I love jimmy johns! Every time I come the workers are friendly and welcome you in. The manager is a pretty cool dude. They are freaky fast too. I always get my sandwich before even paying lol. The price may be high but it's worth it cause you literally get a big sandwich. I usually get a #10 with peppers and it's delicious...bread and all! Totally recommend! :)

I cannot eat gluten so I always order an unwich. Let me tell you, you don't get some wimpy lettuce wrapped sandwich you get a good sized "sandwich." Not only that they use lettuce that is always green & crisp, the perfect ratio of condiments to meat, & it's just delicious. So if you've ever thought about trying an unwich you won't be disappointed.

First off, I ordered my sandwiches while in at the the Target parking lot, which is at least 10 minutes away. When I arrived at Jimmy John's, they hadn't even started them. FREAKY FAST? NOT SO MUCH! Then when they did finally start them the one making the sandwich kept saying no cheese, which is the way I ordered it along with differentextra items. When they were wrapping my sandwich I asked them, did you make it the way I customized it? Their answer, yes. Guess what, NOPE....CHEESE and no extras! Not at all happy with this last experience. Don't have a customized section if your not going to follow it. Hope you get it back together soon! I still love your sandwiches but disappointed with this last visit.
Went in yesterday and placed a large "thank you" order to be delivered to Sierra View Hospital today for lunch. The cashier who took my order was very helpful and the food arrived on time and everyone was happy! Thanks guys!
