Made an online order for a certain time and still waited approximately 30-40 minutes, order had to get remade. This has happened before a couple of times but in past months. I've only ordered here maybe 3 times in the last 4-5 months and same results. Place seems understaffed and possibly mismanaged/poor ownership. Workers seem to not have enough support, I can't as a person get upset at them when it's obvious the struggle is caused by those above them. (I've worked food service, previous experience makes all the indicators easy to see.) I hope things can change here

Last time i was in i didnt ave a good experience but decided to try it one more time i had a much better experience this time On Oct 15th , Johnathan was our cashier, he was very nice and knowledgeable of deals. Great customer service Johnathan i will be visiting this location again.

Manager(big guy black hat) standing at front counter trash talking a customer to 3 employees because she didn't want to use the kiosk. Kept calling her karren. I was sitting and eating and had to ask him to stop. Mind you I am made to order at kiosk then stand in line at counter to pay. Not to mention the place is hardly ever very clean.

I was standing in line for over 30 minutes to place my order to pay in cash. They are going to help somebody that came in way after me and continue to help him as a line forms. He's bringing chicken back that he has had for over an hour. How are you? Not going to help that somebody that's been waiting more than patient. You're sitting there staring at them and still not helping them. Barely able to walk. This is a ridiculous and I will be never coming back to order food

My mom had a terrible experience at this KFC . The workers had nasty attitudes and bad customer service. We will not go there anymore!

Order wasn't ready till 10 minutes after time scheduled when we arrived for pickup. There were pieces of chicken that were unrecognizable as chicken, the mash potatoes, corn, and macaroni were cold. We had a special for free hot wings, they weren't in order. Horrible!!

Quality has really gone down hill at our local KFC. Seems as though I've been left disappointed after every visit for the last year or two. The only thing left that was consistently good was the fries and after this last visit I can no longer look forward to those either. Once if finally got my fries (after they were not included in the bag initially or after the second time returning to the counter to remind the worker that we were still waiting for them) they were cold and stale tasting. Very disappointing. I had hoped that they would be fresh at least since we had to wait so long. I can say this though, in an attempt to make up for the repeat forgetfulness they gave us a large order of stale cold fries instead of the regular one provided with the meal. So bonus points for the upgrade?
