Last time we went food was horrible. THEIR STILL A HIT AND MISS. SOME DAYS CHICKEN AIN'T ALL THAT GREAT. JUST DEPENDS ON THE COOK I GUESS. THE SLAW IS ALWAYS GOOD & THE BISCUITS YUM YUM GET YOU SOME. ONLY PLACE I'LL BUY SLAW FROM. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ON CHICKEN. IF THEY FIX THAT I'LL GLADLY GIVE THEM MY THOUSAND STAR RATING

KFC is running a special for a free bucket of chicken with a minimum $15 purchase for a limited time. Grabbed that and added mashed potato poppers, biscuits, and apple bites. You can skip all of it. As a girl who loves all things deep fried, I was looking forward to tasting these potato poppers. So sad, flavorless, and boring. They come with gravy which does nothing for them. It's so overly salty, I had to throw it away. The potatoes would benefit from some sharp cheddar cheese and chopped peppers. The apple pie bites are flaky, not too sweet, but still bland. Maybe a drizzle of white icing would jazz them up. Most disappointing was the fried chicken. You'd do better to grab the fried chicken from your grocery store deli counter. I don't know what the eleven herbs and spices are in the Colonel's recipe but it's missing something. I don't know if I missed something when I ordered but I got regular not extra crispy. Don't know if that's an option. And lastly, the biscuits are just big salt bombs. So disappointing. Anyway, I won't be ordering any of that again. I might try the tenders . . .

i went there yesterday and the fries were so hard , im not sure if the food is freshly cooked or not but im pretty sure they are the reason i got food poisoning !! NEVER eating there again

Had to wait 8 min while 3 other cars got there meals . Told me 8 min for chicken . And no mac and cheese. When I asked why they didnt get our mac and cheese. She told me 30 min wait.why wouldnt they keep the things they sell prepaired.and or tell you when ordering that they have none ready.

Made an online order for a certain time and still waited approximately 30-40 minutes, order had to get remade. This has happened before a couple of times but in past months. I've only ordered here maybe 3 times in the last 4-5 months and same results. Place seems understaffed and possibly mismanaged/poor ownership. Workers seem to not have enough support, I can't as a person get upset at them when it's obvious the struggle is caused by those above them. (I've worked food service, previous experience makes all the indicators easy to see.) I hope things can change here

Last time i was in i didnt ave a good experience but decided to try it one more time i had a much better experience this time On Oct 15th , Johnathan was our cashier, he was very nice and knowledgeable of deals. Great customer service Johnathan i will be visiting this location again.

Manager(big guy black hat) standing at front counter trash talking a customer to 3 employees because she didn't want to use the kiosk. Kept calling her karren. I was sitting and eating and had to ask him to stop. Mind you I am made to order at kiosk then stand in line at counter to pay. Not to mention the place is hardly ever very clean.
