i went to eat there with the family for a lil gathering & u cant even hear your own thoughts with the music. first of all its not appropriate & u have to yell just to order. they're very rude as well, but the food was very good.

First time, and won't be the last!Bought 2 doublescoops and a single scoop, plus at least 7 additional toppings. Total price was $18.25, and the reactions of my girls made it more than worth it. Plus the over-filled stuffed cups!We tried Strawberry and Mango mix with toppings, a double scoop of Snickers with toppings, and a single scoop of Tres Leches.My girls loved mine so much, needless to say the Tres Leches was our favorite today!

the workers have a horrible attitude. my friends & i went in there & it was dirty , not just the tables but everything from the sits to the window seals. so back to the table, it was dirty & my friend asked for a rag while i was paying & the lady laughed & didn’t say anything. i then told her “if not it’s fine” & her & another lady acted as if we weren’t there. the first lady came with a ragged after we walked to our table & when i was telling my friend who was sitting down what happened & her whole demeanor changed. i will not be returning. i felt disrespected & belittled as a customer.

I went in this evening and had a few words with a so called "Manager" she had the worst attitude and I refused to be serviced by her....so I asked the othe round lady there to help me whi h she did. When I asked her for the managers name she disclosed that she couldn't give me that Information so I then asked 8f the manager could give me her own name and she stood there rolling her eyes at me completely ignoring me and I asked her so you don't have a name now or what? And she turns and looks at me and says No I sure don't . She then proceeded to tell the other employee to just ignore me and not give her any Information and to not answer my questions. Every time I go in there , I wa salways get a cashier who gives decent customer services, but some of these young kids nowadays have no respect or manners......I would love to file a formal complaint against her.
Ive never been the type to write a review but if there was a 0 star option that’s what I’d give this place, horrible customer service workers are extremely rude !
