I was surprised to see no chairs to sit down like in the past. Ask employee why did they remove it and he said he doesn't know why. Ridiculous, but maybe homeless were sleeping on it while waiting. Lol

Costumer service is the worst for afternoon shift !! Staff kept on complaining about to many orders that they had to make ! On top of that they had no type of food ready ! The person that was in the register literally stopped helping me with my order to answer the work phone and help that person with a new order with out letting me know first!!

workers put customers on hold waiting for them to hang up. I had called & had 2 other friends call, we were all put on hold & left there for over half an hour. We went to the location & there were no customers there. they were purposely putting us on hold because they didn’t want to do their job lol
