Bought bread that was alleged to be freshly baked. The bread was very hard and did not taste good. Not edible. It is not my normal bakery of choice, but my children wanted pan dulce and we were close to this one.

They have delicious Mexican sweet bread coming out of the oven throughout the day, and they had huge tamales that were $1.50, and the price was more than reasonable, considering the size of the pork tamales.

In my opinion, this is the best Mexican bread I have tried in Porterville. We don't eat a lot of asweet bread, but when we feel an urge, we like to come here. The prices are fair. The best is the pan de elote and empanada de calabaza.
