Absolutely pathetic customer service. The girl with the GINGER hair clearly hates her job and it shows. She was rude, dismissive, and kept talking over me like I was bothering her just for ordering. If you can’t handle basic respect, get out of customer service. Don’t ruin people’s day because you can’t do your job right.

Food is great, but was charged for stuff I didn't order and when I asked for it to be fixed I got the run around before they finally fixed it. Plus there was hardly anyone there but took forever to order, otherwise. There isn't much seating that isn't in the play area either.

This is an all around horrible place to visit. The little kids that work there have absolutely no people skills. Very rude and all they want to do is gossip to each other instead of helping. You can hear them at the window talking about coworkers and what the did last night. They make no eye contact and not even a thank you or nothing. They just hand you the money or food and shut the window fast. I recommend getting the receipt and filling out the survey to everyone. God forbid you ask for any condiments that's another minute until they see your still at the window hoping you will drive off.

I did an online order for this location but it was taken to another location due to some errors. However this is not the reason why im putting a 1 star review on here, Its the lady employee with the bad attitude that works there, an older lady with glasses made me feel like a fool the way she was talking. I walked out of there with embarrassment.
