Worst experience ever! The employees are lazy, extremely slow & very rude. Cashier is lazy just standing around not even helping at all. The manager was horrible & just left when they were needed! There's a long line in drive thru hasn't moved in 30 minutes. They have people parked & none of them have got any of their orders either. Inside overly packed with people waiting for their meals they ordered yet nothing getting out to anyone. Got half my order & it wasn't even made right & the employee that brought the rest of my order through my order at me. Order still incorrect! On top of this they have a nasty leak in the bathroom that has the roof caving in & the play area is dirty & there's no clean tables at all. Pretty gross!

This place is awful. I've been waiting over 45 minutes for my food. The person at the counter said that they prioritize drive thru and counter orders above mobile pick up orders. The AC isn't turned on in the summer and it is stifling hot in the playplace and restaurant. Do not eat at this McDonald's. I'll be addressing my concerns with corporate as well.

management is the worst went through drive through last night about 515 didnt get out until about 630 then had to go in because they forgot some of my food so when I went in to ask for it manager made me feel like I was stealing from them then I asked for ketchup manager rolled her eyes came home and all my special requests were wrong (when I looked she was the one helping in drive through filling bags) if management has a bad attitude it messes up the hole team you can't run a store being mean to the customers I can only imagine how bad the other workers are treated time to clean house I know its hard but if you dont like your job your face and attitude shows it please dont make others miserable just get another job or act the part and change your attitude life is to short to have to deal with angry managers that hate there jobs

management needs to do better and their team as well. I waited over an hour for some food that been sitting. I tried calling the store and guess what no one answered. I don’t know why I keep coming back it’s not like they are going to improve. They really need to focus on mobile orders a lot more like they do on drive through freaking ridiculous.

This place just sucks plain and simple. They have gotten the order wrong more than half the time and the online app is garbage. Im not sure if it's just this restaurant or the whole franchise, but I would suggest you eat somewhere else.
Came back a second time for some reason, and I waited at the order register because all the self order kiosk were closed. The employee finally came to me and ask if I had been helped after like 5 minutes, I tell them no I have not been helped yet in a calm normal voice. He just looked at me confused like he didn't know what to do, then turned around and started getting drinks ready. Didn't inform anyone people were trying to order, didn't say anything to anyone. People need to just stop going there and giving them business.
Went through drive thru ordered, paid and when I got my food they needed up my order and I was asked to pull forward and wait while they fixed it. When they brought my order back it was still wrong. It’s not that hard to read a ticket and fill the order. Worst service ever

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. The food is always cold when I receive my food. The employees don’t even acknowledge me at all; all they do is talk about their life. If you can’t multitask, leave the conversation when you get your break. When someone asked if I can pick up their mobile order, I told them no because I don’t go here knowing there’s a better McDonald’s that would treat me better. If it was a Doordash order, I would pick it up, but after doing my thinking, if I don’t want to pick up someone’s mobile order, why would I pick a Doordash order?
My last straw of NEVER going here again is when an employee offered me a free McFlurry. I told them no, and when they went back to talk to the other employees, they said “He didn’t want it? Hahah” why would YOU LAUGH ABOUT THIS???!! Were you guys trying to POISON ME or why that laugh?????!!!
Overall, if you want to be treated like a dog, this is the right place for you, and if you don’t, NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE
