Ordered dinner for everyone from Panera for Rapid Pickup and when my husband and the boys got there, he found it that our food was stolen!
When he complained to the manager, they offered to remake everything. Then they realized that they were out of bread bowls ( There were 3 in our original order).
The manager told him it was the 3rd time it has happened at their location this week!
